Achtung abzocke. Diese Firma versendet Artikel ohne ABE die man nicht stornieren kann obwohl noch nicht versendet wurde. Sondern man muss sie auf eigene Kosten zurück schicken. Bei einem Carbonspoiler fallen nach England 215€ Versand an plus Zollgebühren! Der Warenwert ist 304€. Das ist absolut nicht verhältnismäßig. Auf Anfrage ein Retourenlabel zu senden was ich zahlen würde kommt keine Antwort! Der Versand zu mir kam aus China für 9,99€. Dieser Firma sollte man das Handwerk legen!

Je déconseille de commander chez Avoro Design au vu de mon expérience personnelle.

Après avoir validé et payé ma commande, je ne l’ai jamais reçue. Malgré mes relances, on m’indique simplement qu’ils vont “voir avec la société de livraison”, mais aucun numéro de suivi ne m’a été communiqué, ni même le nom du transporteur.

À ce jour, je n’ai ni colis, ni preuve d’expédition, ni information claire sur l’état de ma commande.

Je partage mon expérience afin que chacun puisse commander en toute connaissance de cause.

BEWARE... this company appears to be taking orders and not honouring the order. All attempts to contact the company have failed and even trading standards officers have not been able to contact Avro Designs. Today, two months after never receiving my order, I have made a claim for my purchase with my bank. Through my personal experience this company is nothing but trading fraudulently.

James Beyer who owns this scam shop is an absolutely charlatan!! Purchased items in December for my father! Waited and tried communicating with James, discovered the communications were being run by an AI bot! Chased and chased, eventually got a monosyllabic response of "It's in the post, it's custom, so you have to wait!" Sadly my father passed before he received his gift and now James is denying he received an order from me! I've friends who popped by to check to see if the business even exists and have taken images of his dodgy scrap heap of a workshop in Stenying, it's a joke, he's more a scrap merchant than a provider of quality gifts!! Do not buy or deal with James Beyer EVER!!!

Company is in administration but still taking orders. Directors should be prosecuted for fraud!

Ordered cufflinks Jun 2024. It’s now Feb 2025 and no cufflinks, no contact, no refund from Avro Designs. Does not respond to emails. Wish we’d checked here before ordering.

Dispatched the item a solid month and a half after purchasing, despite the item saying in stock.
The seller didn't respond to my email.
Totally missed both Christmas and New Year arrival, pretty pathetic.
Would not recommend purchasing from here.

Wish I'd checked TP first
Same as the other reviewer. Good looking website, lots of great items listed. Ordered item (Pegasus compressor blade) and received receipt. Two weeks later still no sign of delivery. No reply to emails or their website messaging (yes, I checked my spam folder). Fortunately paid by credit card so now entered dispute process to reclaim money. Compare to Aerotiques - similar item, despatched within 48hrs.
Have a look at Companies House financials. No evidence of stock held as assets. Lesson learned. Shame as it could be a great business with the best looking inventory if they actually delivered the goods. If a miracle happens and it turns up, I'll gladly correct my review.

Avoid this company they are scammers. I ordered a 3d stand from them they took my money and never posted order. They wont answer any emails from me or refund me.
