Was excited to receive my parcel finally yesterday but was left feeling somewhat disappointed. Admittedly the design was cute and they had a very effective marketing campaign all over socials (sold me on the image of luxury and sophistication) but honestly it was waaaay too overpriced and underwhelming in reality. From a distance it looks ok and is fine to wear but up close the quality looks and feels cheap especially for the price you pay plus international shipping costs (they advertised over spend $100aud and it's free but I was charged -small amount but still annoying). The ruby marble heart looks like a sticker (when I held it under the light I could see scratches!). Also doubt how waterproof it is I tried to clean it but the heart looked smudgey afterwards? It feels more like something I'd get from I'd buy from an everyday trendy jewellery store (e.g. Louvisa) I'd pay $40 max. Wish there was an option to add photos to the review. In hindsight I should have read Reddit there seems to be similar complaints on quality with close up pictures that look significantly different to whats on insta/ticktok etc.

avoid, avoid, avoid. total scam-this is a $5 dollar maximum necklace. They say they will refund if we at our cost send it back. Shipping back from the US cost almost as much as the necklace. They know this and this is how they never hardly refund anyone. Do not fall for it-

I love my necklace and bracelet. I love that’s it’s heavy on my neck. I feel grounded. I’ve been to the beach and wear it in the shower. I have not taken it off since I’ve had it. Best purchase ever.

Most of my friends now wear the heart necklace as our signature friendship necklace that commemorates are special bond.… We used to do Tiffany’s, but it got way too expensive so is this a very high-end product that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. This company is outstanding from the workmanship, speed of delivery, and packaging. That is why I am a repeat customer.

After receiving my necklace it is just plated gold crap. After contacting them, I fill out the return form. Costing me £11 to send by special tracking. For it then to returned, as the return address was not a usable address.I would highly recommend not buying this crap,total rip off

I love the mother of pearl necklace bracelet and earrings.
I usually buy sterling silver but i am happy with the stainless steel.
The jewelry is a wee bit expensive, however the quality and workmanship is great.
