Bought another leather jacket from Aviatrix, my sixth over the last 8 years, and this experience was as pleasant as all the previous ones. The jackets are all well made, right-sized & great value.

Had an issue with the sizing chart, my first order to the measurements didn't fit, I must add however this was sorted out and the right size obtained and delivered promptly

I bought a jacket, it took a while to arrive and it arrived wrong. They don't respond to emails, or WhatsApp to make a change, or anything. I feel scammed by this company

The best service! Ordered on Sunday and got it on Tuesday. The quality of the product is great! Everything is according to the size chart and photos. There was even a gift. A lady's bag and some small funny items with Avatrix logos.

The order arrived in timely manner. The garment was excellent quality. It was too big and needed to be returned. It was easy to do and my refund came through quickly.
My only comment would be that sizing could be a bit clearer. We ordered bigger size thinking European sizing is smaller than the U.K, but in fact they are the same.
Apart from that everything was OK

Model and size were perfect but leather was far away from super soft and the worst thing it was smelling extremely bad. So sad about that but only solution is to return the jacket.
