The jacket is very nice, the leather is soft, the labels are nice. The two bottom pockets could be a little bigger. It fits very well.

No information about customs fees, and the leather jacket runs small.

Llevaba años buscando una chaqueta de cuero que me quedase bien, ceñida y casi a medida. Mido 176cm y peso entre los 66 y 68 kg, de complexión atlética, delgado. Siempre uso una talla S para la ropa de arriba, camisetas, jerseys, chaquetas, etc... Vivo en Madrid [España]. Encontré esta página web de casualidad, buscando chaquetas de cuero por google. Al estar en Inglaterra, era reacio a comprar algo por el tema de aduanas .. pero vi esta chaqueta [Motociclista de carreras QOOC para mujer - Negro] que me gustaba mucho por el corte y porque aún siendo una chaqueta de mujer podría pasar normalmente por una chaqueta unisex. El problema que he tenido siempre ha sido que las chaquetas de hombre siempre me han quedado anchas por la cintura, y buscaba una chaqueta ceñida y ajustada, para llevarla abierta o abrochada sin que quedase bolsa. Vi el tallaje de esta chaqueta y vi que la 2XL me podria quedar perfecta, me arriesgué y estoy supercontento, la mejor compra en años, por fin tengo mi chaqueta de cuero ceñida y me queda perfecta, como si estuviese a medida. Si mas adelante veo alguna otra chaqueta de mujer que pueda pasar por unisex, la compraré directamente sin pensármelo, ya he visto que la 2XL me queda como un guante, y la chaqueta es preciosa.

The jacket was torn. It was unstitched under the shoulder at the back.

Sizes totally different, my size is extra large. I ordered two X large didn’t even fit. I contact her seller. Emailed text and WhatsApp no response whatsoever so that reason I wouldn’t recommend

I have asked more than once to return this item but label and and return instructions have yet to make an appearnace!

i had an issue with my jacket that was a birthday gift, rust in buttons that lead to damage the leather, I have to return it, the zip is not bidirectional as in the pictures, i will update if the situation get better,

I purchased a 44T9 Men's Biker Jacket – Black from Aviatrix Leather (order #1639, December 2024; final jacket received February 2025 after a size exchange).

After around 10 months of only occasional, normal use, the inner lining ripped on both sides at the seams where the sleeves attach to the body. This is not what I would expect from a jacket of this type and price, and it appears to be a material or manufacturing defect rather than normal wear.

I contacted Aviatrix Leather twice regarding a warranty claim (December 12 and December 21, 2025) via the email address listed on their website for returns and warranty matters. I received no response. I then sent a formal written notice asserting my statutory warranty rights under EU/German consumer law, again without any reply.

At this point, the main issue is not only the product defect, but the complete lack of customer service and failure to respond to legitimate warranty claims. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.

I have just received the leather military parade style jacket I ordered from Aviatrix Leather and to say I am delighted with it is an understatement. Not only is it of superb quality but it fits me perfectly thanks to the outstanding customer service and advice I received, from a real human being no less, who advised me personally about which size she thought would fit me. She was spot on!! Having extensive experience of buying online from other retailers, I had got used to the usual sub-standard and impersonal customer service and was therefore amazed at Aviatrix Leather's very prompt and helpful response to my questions. I do not often write reviews but I simply had to in this case. My experience is that this is a trustworthy company which sells excellent quality products and demonstrates a caring attitude towards its customers. I have absolutely no hesitation in very highly recommending them.

En mi buzón me he encontrado un aviso de Correos, para recoger un pedido de AVIATIX EN LA OFICINA DE CORREOS DE LAS GABIAS, por estar ausente a las 13:14 horas
No es verdad, estaba en mi domicilio
Siempre que hago un pedido ADVIERTO QUE al llegar llamen al telefono 600545343, ya que el timbre no se oye
Para colmo, dicen que para retirarlo en Correos, debo pagar 9,98 €, y que el paquete que traían estaba vacío (¿pagar un paquete sin contenido?)
Además ya les pagué a ustedes los gastos de envío, así que daré orden de que lo devuelvan y ustedes que me abonen el importe
