This was a pleasant experience. I have received an excellent support throughout this period. After submitting all of the documents, I was constantly updated about the next stages of the process. This made me feel reassured.

AviationADR successfully claimed compensation for a flight delay from TUI who were impossible to deal with. The process isn’t fast but that is due to the regulations and the airline’s reluctance to correspond. Excellent free service.

Really easy to use and excellent updates throughout the process of my claim

I followed all their instructions, uploaded all the requested evidence in the format they requested. They then made an assumption in their determination due to lack of information they never asked for, then when I provided the information - said they cannot reconsider as it did not meet their process rules to reconsider. So despite me being correct and them having the evidence shown to them that the airline is liable, they are refusing to consider it. It is very frustrating considering the amount time spent on this and money lost to terrible service by the airline.

ADR helped me successfully obtained compensation from KLM, even after my initial rejection from KLM, which I did make the claim directly through KLM website, KLM didn’t bother to investigate my case thoroughly. Just told me that it wasn’t their fault.
Although it took a few months to solve my dispute, I totally understand. Investigation, dealing with Airlines the whole process takes time.

Thanks for your reply ADR. However, I wasn't informed of this when I spoke to an advisor over the phone more than three weeks ago. On my third and final call yesterday, I was finally told that there was nothing left to do from your side.
You might not be aware how extremely difficult and frustrating it is to contact Ryanair, and given my poor health and limited time I have left, I might not do it. This whole experience has affected me badly. Ryanair doesn't care about what people say to them, and it doesn't care about what you ADR have to say either. They're untouchable. You also didn't even give me the chance to click on the button to confirm I hadn't received the payment because you closed my query before I could do so. In some parts of the website it says the timeframe is 14 days and in another it says 14 working days. An advisor from ADR told me two weeks ago they'd chase the payment and if Ryanair didn't pay whitin a week they would incur a fine. This wasn't true either.

Aviation ADR ruled that Ryan Air had to pay me back. After some days, they closed my case. The time frame for Ryanair t make the payment has passed and I still haven't received it. The 'payment' tab where I could report that I haven't received the payment is no longer showing on my account. I messaged Aviation ADR to let them know I haven't received the payment but they never got back to me. I am beyond disappointed.
