I placed an order for two pair of Jeggings, black and blue, upon receiving them they were uncomfortably tight, so I placed an order for a size larger being I needed them for the up coming weekend instead of exchanging them. I was extremely happy that they arrived timely for my trip and upon opening the jeggings to pack for my trip, I notice the black pair were wrinkled and worn, upon closer inspection, there was no tags on these pair as on the others. I was actually sent a previously WORN pair of jeans when I purchased a new pair, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

Poor, just poor!!! Don’t bother buying from these sharks- description of product is laughable. I purchased a linen shirt which took 12 days to arrive after chasing- in XL size to be sure- however- once arrived - took the shirt out and to say it was never an XL is a slight exaggeration- it wouldn’t fit my son who is less of a frame than me- so it ended up fitting my wife - just!!! To send to back - would have cost me a fortune ( China) so please think twice before buying from these people.

Klamotten ziemlich gut; allerdings Online-Auftritt sowie Versandstrategie wirklich schlecht. Vor drei Wochen bestellt und noch nichts angekommen, geschweige denn versendet. Die bringen ne neue Kollektion raus, aber kriegen es dann nicht gebacken, das Zeug richtig und ordentlich den Leuten zu schicken

Ich habe eine Bestellung storniert, da diese angeblich eine Vorbestellung war. Die Stornierung wurde mir seitens des Kundenservices bestätigt aber die Rechnung dafür nicht ausgebucht. Aktuell bezahle ich somit Ware, die ich nicht einmal erhalte. Auf Anfragen wird schon länger nicht mehr reagiert. Ich bin froh, dass ich nun Paypal an meiner Seite habe

Ich habe kürzlich eine Bestellung bei Avenue.com aufgegeben, in der Hoffnung, eine positive Online-Shopping-Erfahrung zu haben. Leider war dies nicht der Fall. Nachdem ich die Artikel erhalten hatte, stellte ich fest, dass sie nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprachen. Folglich entschied ich mich, die Artikel gemäß den Rückgabebedingungen zurückzusenden. Die Rücksendung wurde fristgerecht und in Übereinstimmung mit den Vorgaben von Avenue.com durchgeführt. Trotzdem habe ich bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten.

Der Versuch, den Kundenservice für Klärung zu kontaktieren, führte zu keiner zufriedenstellenden Lösung. Es gab entweder verzögerte Antworten oder in einigen Fällen blieben meine Anfragen gänzlich unbeantwortet. Diese Erfahrung hat mein Vertrauen in Avenue.com stark beeinträchtigt und ich fühle mich als Kunde nicht wertgeschätzt.

Ich möchte andere potenzielle Kunden warnen und ihnen raten, vorsichtig zu sein, wenn sie erwägen, bei Avenue.com zu bestellen. Basierend auf meiner Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice und dem Prozess der Rückerstattung, kann ich diesen Online-Shop leider nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe bei Avenue Mitte Januar eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Da mir die Sachen nicht gepasst haben, musste ich sie zurückschicken und habe eine Retourenbestätigung per E-Mail Anfang Februar erhalten. Meine Rückerstattung in Höhe von ca. 230€ ist bis heute nicht angekommen. Ich habe mich an den Kundenservice gewandt - auf die Frage wieso ich mein Geld immernoch nicht erhalten habe, habe ich keine Antwort bekommen. Eine Entschuldigung habe ich ebenfalls nicht erhalten.

Leider muss man einen Stern geben, verdient haben sie aber leider keinen! Die Qualität der Ware ist für den Preis einfach lächerlich. Und die Retoure, wie bei vielen anderen hier leider auch, eine Katastrophe. Ich laufe meinem Geld seit über einem Monat hinterher! Ich warte nun ein paar Tage ab, der nächste Schritt ist dann der Anwalt… sehr schade!

Ich habe bereits vor über einen Monat meine Bestellung zurück gesendet. Die Rücksendung wurde auch bestätigt. Ich habe bis heute mein Geld noch nicht zurück erhalten. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass ich das Geld in 2-4 Werktagen erhalte. Bis heute konnte ich keinen Zahlungseingang verzeichnen! Der Warenwert liegt bei 180€!!!!
Ich habe bereits zwei weitere Mails bezüglich der Rückzahlung an Avenue geschickt, erhalte jedoch keine Antwort E-Mails mehr!!!

This was an online experience. I had a store credit of ~$29 and bought 2 pair of shoes, I paid out of pocket an additional ~$45; upon return of the pair that was too small I could not find my refund so I reached out to customer service. I learned they gave me store credit. WHAT? (not again), however it was not on my account; but I asked that my money be refunded as the refund was ~$35, which is less than the cash I paid for my order; I was told I could only get store credit because I used it on this order.. this is very unethical. What happened to you getting a cash refund up to the amount of cash you paid toward a purchase when using a gift card/store credit. I am very dissatisfied /discombobulated / disgruntled /PISSED because I feel like Avenue is MAKING me shop with them again. From experience how often does your store credit cover your next purchase.. it never does so they want to continue to consumer'ize me...I want my cash that I paid - BACK not store credit. The clothes are ugly and I only buy boots, boot season is over in the Midwest.. give me my money back and do what is right to your fellow human! This is not much money, but I worked hard to earn it and I should be the one to say where and how it goes!

Ich habe die gleiche Erfahrung wie ein anderer Bewerter. Ich habe im Mai (!) eine Hose bestellt, diese aber zurückgeschickt - daraufhin habe ich E-Mail von Avenue über den erfolgreichen Eingang meiner Retoure erhalten, allerdings keine Rückzahlung - seit Anfang Juni (!) bis heute! Meine zahlreichen E-Mails, mit angehängten Screenshots werden einfach ignoriert. Es ist eine absolute Frechheit! Ich würde euch davon abraten dort zu bestellen! Auch wenn die Produkte schön sind, sollte man so etwas nicht unterstützen.

Absolute Abzocke … die Artikel sind billig und schlecht verarbeitet. Teilweise sind deren Sachen auf bekannten China Seiten für weniger als die Hälfte der Preise erhältlich.
Artikel gingen alle zurücke (auf eigene Kosten mit Sendungsverfolgung) … trotz erfolgreichem Wareneingang KEINE Rückerstattung und keine Reaktion auf Emails seit über 7 Wochen …

Ich habe einen Pullover gekauft des laut der Beschreibung aus 100% Baumwolle bestehen sollte. Nun wollte ich den Pullover eben waschen und sehe innen auf das Etikett und dort steht 100%Acryl. Das ist ja schon Betrug!

I placed and order and then got an email saying "Welcome Back" (it had been a long time since last ordering.) It said I would receive free shipping on my next order. I logged in and made an order. The promo code would NOT work. I did the live chat and was told I should LOG OUT, redo the order, and then check out as a guest. REALLY, how stupid! I did, and the code was accepted for free shipping, however, then it would NOT accept my credit card! I just placed an order with them yesterday with the same card and it went through fine!
I'm over it and have spent way too much time going in and out of the site both logging in and as a guest. I don't need the items that bad, and will not be using this store in the future.

I have always loved Avenue and done most of my shopping here for years!! I placed an order 2 days ago and got a text that my items that I ordered (2 pair of jeans) were on sale. I contacted customer service to see about getting the difference as the order hasn't even been fullfilled or shipped. They told me they do not do price matching. I explained that I understand if I had already received the items but they fact that the order hasn't even been picked yet or shipped, they should be able to. They would not do it. The only way for me to get the new price was to return them and order new with the new pricing. What?? That is ridiculous!! So have your employees work harder by restocking the items and forget about customer service? I could totally understand if I had the items in hand but I did not, nor had they shipped yet. Very disappointed as a long time customer and spent $1000's here. Looks like I'll be shopping at Lane Bryant and Woman Within for now on. Now I see why they closed all of their stores. :-/

Everything, prices are great. I wish you would bring back the Tan Butter Denim Jeans, other than that, you are doing a great job.

The only store I used to go to was Avenue. Now there’s no stores and there’s no promotions and coupons. It’s very hard to return things without store around. I just bought a blouse. It’s too big. But I’m too busy to go the post office and return it.

The quality of your clothes are very cheap. I was really disappointed how poorly made my items were and how cheap they felt. I will not be ordering anything else ever agsin6
