Customer service is not the best, they never took care of my discount, even when I had the points available. I will start buying my parts some where else. Why even offer the points.

My '05 Ford Explorer was in need of new ball joints. I ordered complete upper control arms from AM. Prices were great value with quick delivery. Other than some REALLY rusting bolts to get old arms off, installation went well. I would recommend AM Parts to any do-it-yourself mechanic or professional.

I have had exceptional experience with ordering, delivery, cost and durability of parts ordered, will continue using this company in the future, only thing could want is the ability to order for multiple cars at a time on the website, can only order parts for 1 make/model pay for that then order for another and pay for that.
