Hi everyone. I am Jean and I would like to share my experience I had with autoparts warehouse.
I am very disappointed with my orders.
So, after 2 failed orders because the parts I ordered were not on stock even if the website showed they were on stock, now at the 3rd order I received wrong parts... I have ordered the rear brake calipers for my car and they sent me the front calipers. Now I will have to wait at least 1 or 2 weeks to get my money back, and I am stuck with my repairs for at least 3 weeks. And all of this because their fault....
I will never buy from their shop again, very disappointed. That is not what I was hoping to get from a store like autoparts warehouse.

I've never had a problem ordering or finding the things i need. Ordered a few things for both my cars and were delivered fast with no problem.

Customer support is horrible. Received a product that was missing a part in it. I made three attempts to work with customer support to resolve the issue with no success. Each time I was told that they would talk to the people in the warehouse and would get back to me which never happened. I finally contacted the manufacturer of the product and was able to get the missing item. I will never purchase from them again.

It's really a no-brainer to shop from Auto Parts Warehouse. No problems or issues, on my end of things anyway, period!

I ordered a fuel tank and a fuel meter for an older Corvette. Delivery was prompt and every thing fit as stated. I also ordered new straps to hold the fuel tank in place. One order was in my wife's name and one in my name. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to my friends.

in november of 2017 i purchased a high milage vehicle and i knew i would have to pay for things that brake down. i needed a third brake light and i priced it at a local auto parts store. i got quotes as high as 250.00, but my son suggested to go line and see whats up. i happened onto you guys web site ,and your price was about 80 dollars cheaper. the sales rep was helpful and courteous, and you guys shipped it to me so fast, that it came before the part that my son tried to surprise me with. so i told him to ship it back and get a refund. you guys are the best. i soon ordered a driver side lower control arm and again, helpful courteous service and quick delivery. auto parts warehouse rules. thanks.

You all have always had affordable parts deals on the two '80 Lincoln Towncars that I own.

I have had two claims for received damaged body parts. Both times settled promptly and was reshipped replacement part with no additional charge.

Love their service and security and ease of use when it comes to finding parts for my Toyota Camry!! Much love to them! I will always remain a loyal customer

This was the worse experience ever. I had an core and had to pay for the return. If I knew that, I would have went to the local auto parts store since it would have been cheaper. Bought struts from here. Struts leaked 2 months later, Had to put a deposit down to get new shocks. Again, no prepaid postage. Should have bought from local auto store.
