Auto Parts Fair Arvostelua 

Not being a car mechanic but wanted to make a smart purchase, I called to confirm details of my part. Customer service rep was super helpful, patient and kind with my questions. I placed my order with confidence, it arrived the next day. And when my mechanic saw where I bought this part, he said, "Oh, now I feel better about putting a used part in your car. I like this company." I said I feel better too! And two hours later, my AC was fixed and I'm a happy driver. Will definitely use Auto Parts Fair again! Even my mechanic endorses them.

I received a part that would not work for my car, the return process was quick and easy and they shipped the correct part out right away.

they did not tell the Canadian customers that they cannot sell items to them that will be shipped from Canadian yards. They took looooong time to refund me the 252 bucks i paid for an item they will not be able to ship to me.

Order came quickly and was correct and worked as expected, Your people were considerate and very helpful. I will use this service in the future.

PRESENTLY, I AM WAITING FOR MY 3RD PART DELIVERY.
PART 1 & PART 2 WERE UNACCEPTABLE- BAD PART, WRONG PART.
HOWEVER, IN ALL PHONE CONVERSATIONS, YOUR REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS, WHICH HAS BEEN MUCH APPRECIATED. (AND WHY I VOTED 4 STARS)
NONETHELESS, MY WIFE HAS BEEN WITHOUT HER CAR FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS. HER COMMUTE IS ABOUT 22-23 MILES EACH WAY. SO, I HAVE HAD TO DRIVE HER TO WORK, RETURN HOME, PICK HER UP AND THEN DRIVE BACK HOME, WHICH EQUALS NEARLY 100 MILES PER DAY.
MY CAR IS A RANGE ROVER SUPERCHARGER, (GETS AROUND 14 MPG IN TRAFFIC) WHICH TRANSLATES TO ~$27 PER DAY FUEL COST VERSUS ~$13.80 PER DAY (Volvo 2.2 gals x 2 trips x $3 = ~$13. 8).
NINE ACTIVE DAYS HAS COST OUR FAMILY APPROXIMATELY 18 WASTED NONPRODUCTIVE HOURS PLUS ~$118.80 IN ADDITIONAL FUEL COSTS ALONE---SO FAR (STILL WAITING ON 3RD PART).

YOUR PART SUPPLIERS SHOULD TRY TO DO A MUCH BETTER JOB OF SELECTING THE CORRECT REPLACEMENT PART, TAKE A MINUTE TO EMPTY FLUIDS & WIPE PART OFF, THEN WRAP AND BOX.
BOTH BOXES ARRIVED FULL OF FLUIDS EVEN THOUGH PARTS WERE BAGGED IN PLASTIC. SIDES AND BOTTOM OF BOXES WERE SATURATED WITH GREASY FLUIDS- SO BADLY I COULDN'T TAKE IN HOUSE.
BETTER FOCUS BY THE PARTS GUYS WOULD BE BETTER FOR YOU & MUCH BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.
I THINK IT'S REACHED THE POINT THAT CONSIDERATION OF SOME SORT (REFUND, REBATE, DISCOUNT, ETC.) PROBABLY SHOULD BE OFFERED.
HERE’S HOPING THAT THE CORRECT PART SHOWS UP SOON.

Part delivered as expected. Had the fuse box installed yesterday. Solved me a ton of problems at a very reasonable cost. The under the hood fuse box cost about 1/4 the price of the dealer quote. Because the part was precisely what was needed, labor cost were minimal. Thanks for fast delivery of the exact part needed and ordered.

Item received was the wrong one for a 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis GS driver side rear tail light even though item was described correctly. Item received was either for a different model year or an LS model. When I called customer service they interrogated me like I didn't know the difference. When I said I needed to return the wrong tail light they continued to quiz me until I insisted I wanted to return it since it wasn't correct. I returned it to the address they gave me the same day, 6/13, but have yet to receive any confirmation or credit for the returned item. Stock # B181784957N, Invoice # 96512388, PO # L168BVTW. Unfortunately I did not get an RMA#. John

I was hesitant at first, to buy a used transmission from an on-line source. I have read and heard about horror stories, told by people shopping on-line for used car parts. I am happy to report, Auto Parts Fair exceeded my expectations and I would have no problem buying from them again. The thing that put me at ease was their ability to provide me with the VIN number of the vehicle from which the used transmission came. This fact, in my opinion, is huge. It took away the worry about what kind of transmission I might end up with, as I was able to cross reference that VIN number with with DMV records and determine the listed mileage estimate was accurate.

I had the ABS pump and module go on my 2009 Mercury Malon. This repair would cost close to $1,000 at the dealer or repair shop. I purchased a used unit from parts fair and my total cost for the repair was less than $100.
Saving almost 90% was unbelievable. I will positively use parts fair in the future and refer all my friends.

Sent me the wrong OEM part number (2nd time). The radio came w/o a front faceplate and bent brackets. I was able to transfer over my old faceplate and bracket and get a working product.

After 2 months of trying to find a part, you had many of them. Fast shipping, the right part and great price. But, I never got a tracking number and called one day. The female was RUDE, RUDE , RUDE. I'll use you again and recommend you to everyone, but I warn them about the customer service.
