The fabric I ordered was as described, nothing wrong with it.
But their less than stellar shipping practices related to the new EU 3€ duty fee led to almost 20€ additional fees which Bamboli are not interested to do anything about.
But hey, at least all my emails got fast responses dodging any responsibility.

I am always concerned with ordering products from another country. It took a while to arrive (no fault of theirs, just shipping and customs), but when it did, it was in perfect condition, packaged very carefully, and exceeded my expectations. Happy to recommend them to others.

Fast shipping and excellent customer service. I had a problem with a sunshade visor when it arrived (manufacturer defect that wasn't visible until opening the package from the manufacturer), so I messaged customer service. They immediately sent out a replacement. Very impressed that they solved the problem so quickly. Highly recommend. I will be ordering more stuff for sure

Ordered a Mercedes shifter advertised as a direct compatible replacement for my specific vehicle. What arrived didn't fit and couldn't be installed. I contacted Bamboli multiple times — they responded initially, acknowledged the issue, then stopped communicating entirely.

Filed a chargeback with my credit card company. Bamboli disputed it by proving delivery, which is accurate — they did deliver something, just not what was advertised. After months of back-and-forth the dispute was closed on a technicality.

Their listing explicitly claims compatibility. The part is incompatible. That's either negligent or deliberate. Either way, once they had my money they had no interest in making it right.

Buy elsewhere.

My item was supposed to be shipped on Wednesday and received by Saturday. It’s now the next Monday and it hasn’t yet been shipped. No communication on why

They sent me a roof rack for my 2017 Chevy bolt and it does not fit, not even close. I sent you photos and a number of emails with no response. No return address no communication and there is no telephone number to reach you.
That's no way to run a business.
