Auto Lease Compare - a helpful starting point
I started my search for a lease car with Auto Lease Compare. Their website helped me narrow down my search by enabling a quick, approximate costing of a wide range of cars.
Worth noting that the time spent on Auto Lease Compare is only a small fraction of the time it took me to reach a final decision. The real work begins once the various lease companies come back with quotes, when one finds out that the actual deals on offer depend on whether the car you want actually exists and is in the UK dealer network. The configure-your-car facility on Auto Lease Compare, and on the leasing companies' own websites, make you think that you can have any options you want, but that isn't the case (in my experience).

Hi Trevor, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review based on your past experience. We are extremely dissapointed to hear that the leasing provider did not get in touch in a timely manner. We have investigated further with the leasing company who your enquiry was forwarded onto and they had informed us they had emailed you the next morning to the correct email address but you had not received it. After we received this review we got in contact with the leasing provider to get in touch with you immediately and we have had confirmation from them they have had contact with you. We pride ourselves on the customer service that we as a comparison website provide, as well as the customer service that our leasing providers give - so we will take your feedback onboard and do our best to make sure it doesn't happen again. If you have any other questions we can help with, please email us at info@autoleasecompare.com. Have a good day!

I was quite happy with the system and examples and got to a stage where we would continue with the purchase, unfortunately circumstances changed
unexpectintely and I am unable to compelete a purchase, also the length of wait
could possibly have been a problem.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review based on your past experience. It seems on this occasion there was an error in the prices we were sent by one of our partners and this had mistakenly made it to our website for the public to view. As soon as we realised the mistake we removed the incorrect prices to minimise the disappointment. We have since asked the leasing provider to reach out to you directly and explain the situation and to see if there was anything they could do. If you feel like we can help further in any way please reach out to us at info@autoleasecompare.com. Thanks.
Don’t waste your time as the best deals don’t really exist
I would have given no stars if it was possible. No one has gotten back to me about the lease, despite me chasing this morning. It looks like the deal is too good to be true and a case of false advertising to generate interest.
