Hi A, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review based on your past experience. It seems on this occasion there was an error in the prices we were sent by one of our partners and this had mistakenly made it to our website for the public to view. As soon as we realised the mistake we removed the incorrect prices to minimise the disappointment. We have since asked the leasing provider to reach out to you directly and explain the situation and to see if there was anything they could do. If you feel like we can help further in any way please reach out to us at info@autoleasecompare.com. Thanks.
Really quick and simple

Hi Paul, thanks for taking the time to leaving us a review based on your recent experience. As a comparison website we provide the platform for users to search deals that are provided by the leasing providers. We have limited control over the price they are able to provide you with, so we feel your review of 2 stars is potentially a bit misplaced on our profile, as this responsibility sits with the leasing provider. However we are very happy to hear that you found the process was easy, that is our number one goal! We would be grateful if you could consider updating your review to reflect the service that Auto Lease Compare provide as a comparison platform, not that of the leasing provider. If you have any questions or issues at all please reach us at info@autoleasecompare.com. Have a great day!

Hi Dr Massraf, thank you for using Auto Lease Compare. We are very disappointed to hear that your request was not actioned to your satisfaction. We have spoken to the leasing provider who you originally enquired with, they have stated that you have been quoted on the Roadster and you have been given a price on a Coupe. It would be great to understand why the leasing provider was not able to meet your expectations. We have tried to reach you directly via phone and email, as we welcome any ideas to help us improve and provide feedback to the leasing providers we directly work with. Please look out for our communication as we would love to hear from you. Have a nice day!

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review based on your past experience. Since we received your review we have investigated exactly what has happened - we have contacted the leasing provider who you submitted an enquiry to and they have informed us after speaking with you on the phone in the morning there was an arranged call-back time at 2pm. The leasing provider tried to ring you at the agreed time but to no avail and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances they were unable to reach out to you again on the same day. On the day of your review we had asked the same leasing provider to reach out to you again and ensure that your quote was handled properly. We hope that you will kindly reconsider your rating of our service and our product (our website). If there is anything else at all we can help with, please reach us at info@autoleasecompare.com. Have a great day!
