Company sold DEFECTIVE cable, refused to fix the issue, manager wanted to refund only $9 for defective item, less then half of what I paid. Then he demanded I return item from USA to China, and I pay out of pocket! Not acceptable!

Wir haben dem Unternehmen am 08.05.2025 eine konkrete Anfrage zu einem hochpreisigen Auslesegerät geschickt – bis heute (mehrere Tage später) haben wir keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten.

Eine simple Antwort, selbst eine Absage, wäre ein Zeichen von Professionalität gewesen. Stattdessen drängt sich der Eindruck auf, dass weder Interesse am Verkauf noch an grundlegender Kundenkommunikation besteht.

Wer an einem zuverlässigen Geschäftspartner interessiert ist, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass man hier offenbar auf sich allein gestellt bleibt. Sehr enttäuschend. Bei einer Angebotsanfrage für fast 2000€ ist das ein Witz....

Dann kaufen wir halt wo anders =)

Compro un a Ebay-Autelshoping Dron EVO II pro rugget Bundle V2 6k 2022 fly combo con 3 cargadores pagado el 3 enero de 2013. Por un importe de 1813,69 euros numero de articulo 125515136558 y numero de pedido 25-09533-95881.

Tengo todos los pantallazos de todo.
Tambien al principio fui a ver si había salido el dron de venta AUTEL y no figuraba ni compra ni nada. No había articulo. Después de horas indignado buscando algo, VEO COMPRA POR AUTEL. Asi que le sigo la pista y un buscador de Ebay, y al final encontré el pedido. Después de eso empece a dar pantallazos de todo lo que me iba mostrando Ebay en el buscador referencias produnto etc, mi asombro fue que después de rescatar información y dar pantallazo, veo que me dice que el pedido se ha cancelado por no haber pagado (les mando el pantallazo del ordenador del pago del ordenador y pantallazo). Remito un informe justificando a autel robotics de que SI había pagado y mosttre su pagina y el pago por el banco. el articulo (fue el primer reclamo). y les redacte a Autel robotics justificante de compra y recibo de ellos. Y del banco 1813,69 dron EVO II con pago de 3 de enero de 2013 (mando pantallazo de la compra y de recibo del banco).

Y es que hace ya casi dos años que ya se han realizado el pedido y me han dado muchas escusas, (…se fue a otro sitio, ..dirección muy difícil, …devuelto sin saber el porqué) muchísimos correos de ida y vuelta con justificante y que aun no he recibido mi pedido, y ya se pueden imaginar cómo estaría una persona al pagar 1813,69 por un dron, que no te lo mandan. EN DONDE ESTA EL DRON? Yo mande el dinero. Y justificado.

Le escribo a Ebay y ellos se han desentendido de todo. Ellos dicen que tienen un seguro que solo cubre un mes, por que reclame al comprador que es AUTEL. Es decir que si el pedido te llega al mes y medio Ebay no tiene nada que ver. Asi que llego a la conclusión que hay que hacer un reclamo a ebay un mes antes por si las moscas para que el seguro te lo cubra, aunque sepas que el producto llege en 3 meses, pero ya estasv cubierto. (Señores Esto es Ebay)

After a year the autel becomes useless.

They do not tell you that unless you pay the massive renewal fee, the machine becomes useless as you can’t use it.

Very bad quality product. The drone broke the first time I used it. They don't have any warranty. Never reply emails. I have to recover amount by my bank.

This company are a joke. They act like criminals - sell faulty car chargers and provide no customer service. Farce of a company.

for a scanner worth 2.5k euro you get 0 support, phone line doesn't work, bots don't answer...

I purchased their scanner, after reading positive reviews on internet. Had a hell of a time trying to get it registered. Then never could get it to down load the one free vehicle download. Tried calling, after considerable time on hold, I opted for them to call me back. That was months ago. Still no call back. I went through that twice. The trouble with internet purchases, there is nobody you can look in the eye and call an SOB.

I purchased one of their OBDII tester and diagnostic meters. Model -Autel Diaglink OBD2 Car Diagnostic Tool Code Reader ABS SRS EPB Tester Oil Reset from E-bay.
As can be seen, it does ABS brakes etc.. Well, I went to use it and it didn't have ABS on the screen. I checked and checked but couldn't find it. I wrote asking for help and their response was that that model didn't do ABS, end of and closed the case. I wrote back sending them the advertisement and receipt showing it had ABS but they have now just ignored me. Three times I have written and nothing back. The person who responded saying it didn't do them was -

He obviously doesn't like been called out and proven he's wrong otherwise he would have replied and helped resolve this issue. I know it's 3 years old but I'm certain the problem is merely a software issue that should be easily resolved but it's just too much effort for him it seems. In the abscence of any response from them, I would say they are a company that isn't trustworthy or helpful. Maybe this review will wake someone up but I doubt it.

Lesson learnt

This website *was* a scam site. They were pretending to be factory direct and authorized reseller of name brand tools, but they were selling cheap clones. The original URL scam was AutelShop.com, but they have since sold that URL and moved on. There are several more "AutelTechShop.com", auteleshop.com, auteltool.us... etc. etc. They all look the same, they all use what's app number instead of a real US phone number.

Very nice slick website that makes you believe they are in the UK and stock would be sent from the UK 3-5 days. This is not the case. The items come from Hong Kong and take on average 14 Days from ordering if you are lucky.

I ordered a TPMS kit and received the valves separately and the scanner separately all should have been in one box. Emailed photos to complain and was told to send the unit back to Germany?

Had to get PayPal involved to get a refund.

It is all very well ordering from china if all goes well but you do not have any comeback if it does not.

I will pay a bit more in the future from a UK company where you will get things fixed if it goes wrong.

Spent over $1000 for Chicom junk, haff the functions do not work, customer service is "leave a message" and never hear back. Touchscreen went dead after 6 months, have to use a mouse. RUNAWAYRUNAWAY!

Autel Tech Support is the worst company I have ever dealt with. with 78 percent people agreeing with a 1 star rating, I wish I would have researched reviews before buying from them. I have tickets 2 years old that support has not responded too. If you need immediate support, you're likely waiting 3-4 days. There is no support on the weekend. If you anticipate a crisis, expect to curse them frequently as they don't care to improve their support by any means. Their products are still old fashioned and difficult to use. You will have to spend a lot of time watching youtube videos as it is the extent of immediate support, and its unlikely going to solve your problem. I would not spend any money on this company and definitely not on renewing a subscription. I greatly dislike this company based on the multiple experiences.

Been waiting two days for autel to respond, gave them over 5k for my scanner im thinking l probably waisted my money, my old otc scanner is more useful
