Surprisingly good

I want to be honest, I was scared at first to order and uncertain let's say, I was surprised! Although I did constantly message with staff and probably owners of the site, I still received attention and received the code I was looking for, I had ordered an activation card (Yearly) for my father's MaxiCOM device, I can tell you all that the customer service is good and did talk with us. Overall I would shop again but you do need to interact with the staff a bit.

Very frustrating,although I am less…

Very frustrating,although I am less than a week into my very worrying experience.So On the 14 February 2026.1 Use my Debit Card and Spend 1125 Euros on an AUTEL Scanner.Then no Order number.I see on my card the money has gone to Autelshop.de.I message them. No REPLY,So also no Tracking nothing.I read very mixed Reviews online.I will keep messaging.But I fear the worst

Top Service & reibungsloser Ablauf!
Ich habe ein Update für mein Autel MaxiPro MP9090-TS bei autelshop.de gekauft. Der gesamte Ablauf war absolut unkompliziert und lief reibungslos. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Support – schnell erreichbar, kompetent und wirklich hilfsbereit.
Der Preis war zudem unschlagbar.
Ich werde mein Diagnosegerät künftig definitiv nur noch hier updaten.

Hat alles super geklappt!

Ich muss gestehen, das ich erstmal ein wenig skeptisch war... Aber es hat alles super geklappt. Habe eine Update Lizenz für mein Autel Diagnosegerät gekauft! Ca. Nach 24 Stunden war die Lizenz bei mir auf dem Gerät aktiviert. GERNE WIEDER !
