They use a Sydney address & company name which isn’t connected to them at all.

3 batteries purchased through PayPal link (should’ve seen that as a warning sign) ZERO CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE & I doubt the product will arrive.

Avoid at all costs.

Chinese Scammers. they take your Paypal Money, state they are Australian Location, Receive nothing, then they invite you to buy something else, because they don't have..read, never had...what you ordered and stated they had in Stock when you ordered....these Scammers receive your money which is what they are all about..and you receive stalling emails eventually from """Christine""" who is as likely to exist as this quasi """Company""", Do yourself a favour and have nothing to do with them like hundreds previously have been burnt by them.....Only gave 1 Star like every one else because ycou can't give NO STAR. BE WARNED.

I returned the battery for my stick vacuum which did not fit, was told 4weeks ago I would receive my refund I am still waiting, sent many emails but no reply,
for a so called aussie company nothing but thieves
so don't deal with them you will get ripped off.

I agree with all the other bad reviews on this company. Scammers and thieves all the way!! I thought I'd bought a SLB-11A camera battery when the website said it was "In Stock", but then told they were out of stock. I was then told that they could supply a "upgraded" battery with larger capacity. Told that that would be extra $9.99. Eventually they admitted that the "upgraded" battery would not fit my Samsung camera as it was for different model entirely! Turns out that the configuration is completely different - 3 contact points instead of 4 as for my model. What a load of extremely incompetent clods. Don't be fooled by sweet talking "Christine" - if there is such a person - "she's" just the front person for this obvious illegal seller! Thank goodness for PayPal!!
I opened a dispute with them and escalated it immediately after giving AussieBatt a sufficient warning I was going to do so. I had my money refunded within 2 hours of PayPal's involvement, after 12 days of messing about with these charlatans. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER - YOU'LL REGRET IT IF YOU DO.

The seller although masquerading as an Australian based enterprise did not respond to repeated emails nor confirm an order. When the item I selected for the cart went directly to Paypal and opened another webpage tab rather than the cart I should have twigged that this outfit was a scam (others both here and productreview.com.au have but I was surprised and disappointed that PayPal was associated with them - view AussieBatt's payment & shipping page).
Once the PayPal payment was made there was no email confirmation of the order or of the subsequent payment.
Delivery is claimed to be within 3-7 days however there is no chance of that as neither confirmation of the order nor of payment had been received.
The map on the webpage indicating a warehouse is a scam which I should have realised given the address; Granville, Sydney, NSW 2142 Australia - Granville is a suburb not a street...and the position indicated on their map is the junction of South Street and Mary Streets not a warehousing area.
I became suspicious when I saw the PayPal payment to deng xiao yong of
'sales at batteries-company.com' whereas all email is to 'info at battaussie.com' and have investigated further as have others...steer clear!

Was wondering what ever happened to my laptop battery (HP 807957-001) and after some research, which I should have done before hand, they are running their business under a cancelled ABN, received numerous negative reviews, bad or no customer service and wrong products sent.
Welp.
I'm going to see if I can get a refund from them through Paypal. Wish me luck!

Stay away from this website and company. They look legit on the website, but I only had problems after ordering. Firstly, it took over two months for them to ship a battery after me having to chase it multiple times. Then they sent the wrong model.

After trying to get my money back through PayPal, they would only refund the price if I posted it back to China. So I would end up being out-of-pocket for $35 for something that was't my mistake.

They make it sound like they have stock in Sydney, but all they are doing is using a Sydney address to look real and then ship from China.

Stay away.

purchased a battery for a canon video camera, only $23.79, waited for delivery, nothing,sent emails and no reply, eventually contacted Paypal who got my money back, good on you Paypal.

As others mentioned be aware of this THIEF do not do business with this AussiBatt, they don't want to refund your money and they want to sell you something else that you don't want, I ordered a Panasonic battery for electric screw driver, after a month I contacted them they said don't have it in stock, they asked me if I want to buy laptop battery, I said what HELL I do with laptop battery when I have Panasonic screw driver that it need a battery. Finally i got my money back so DO NOT TRUST or BUY FROM this thief AussiBatt.

I paid for 2 new batteries, waited 2 months when i started to complain i was told they did not have my batteries but would supply me a single genuine battery and a refund instead, i agreed to this however i then received a second hand battery and no refund

AussieBatt are fraudsters! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! !
After buying a laptop battery & paying thru Paypal , I heard nothing from them for 3 & 1/2 weeks .Wondering what was going on ( they claimed " fast & reliable service " on their website ) I did some checking & found out they are trading under a cancelled ABN ! This is just one of the many lies & inconsistencies I came across. I complained immediately to Paypal , & then emailed AussieBatt to cancel my order & ask for a refund ( w/in their 30 day money back ) clause. They ignored this request & asked I send my Ph.No before they could ship my order . Amazingly enough , not hearing from them in 3 & 1/2 weeks ( not even purchase confirmation , or shipping details ) they fired off another email w/in minutes telling me they have shipped my battery. Unbelievable ! When a package DID finally arrive .. it was the cheapest compatible version for my laptop .. not the premium battery I had ordered. Website full of lies & inconsistencies ... Aust.company .. Chinese ! Again .. RIP-OFF MERCHANTS !

I ordered a computer charger, thinking it was an Australian company. Apparently we are now part of China!. Once order was placed they contacted me to pay optional additional shipping. I replied declining and ask for order to be canceled. After 5 attempts to contact them with no response they emailed to say order had been sent. I had to lodge a complaint with PayPal before they would respond. They then asked for shipping return cost to be paid. A very DISHONEST 'Australian' Company. Steer well clear!! Trust these reviews before wasting your time and money.

Ordered and payed for product then to be told it was out of stock. They offered a refund, I agreed. Didn't happen. Disputed with Paypal, AussieBatt gave them fraudulent tracking information. Paypal sided with them, still disputing, month and a half after ordering.

I placed an order and the funds were deducted immediately to an account and I have received no order confirmation, no battery, and they do not respond to email enquiries and have no phone contact. Good bye 50 bucks.

Have great selection of replacement laptop batteries, cordless drill batteries and great customer service
