AT ECO Windows And Doors Arvostelua 

AT-Eco responded quickly to a request for a technician to call and deal with a heavy Internorm door that was refusing to lock properly. Two delightful guys turned up and spent at least 90 minutes adjusting the door. What I found most impressive was that having got the lock working, they weren't satisfied until they had checked and rechecked every part of the multi-catch locking system several times. Really good workmanship. The only reason not 5 stars is that I found the callout charge expensive. More than double what Siemens, Bosch or Quooker charge.

Igor and the team have been incredibly helpful: providing helpful aftercare and assisting with issues which emerged several years after installation. They’ve always been friendly and keen to help, and aid recommend their services.

He fitted new Bedroom window, find him very efficient, job done very satisfactory, I don’t get any draught in my Bedroom, superb job, wii highly recommend for windows, Garage Doors etc, Thank you Kevin

I have been dealing with At-Eco for over 4 years in the various iterations of our self build and throughout that time Igor has been fantastic in providing advice and service, right up to some post installation solutions. I used them for Internorm windows which are a great product and whatever the price difference are with competing windows the personal service from At-Eco made the decision all the more sensible.

There aren't many companies that can work as such a seamless extension to our service offering, but AT-Eco are certainly one of them. I have been working with Tomas, Igor, Michael since 2015 and they have provided a first class service for my own home as well as many client projects.

Their expertise, their support and their attitude to 'find the right solution' are all reasons we keep coming back to them for our new home builds.

As an example: Midway through one build, someone tried to break-in through the recently installed windows. Although specified to resist the attack, there was sufficient damage to the window that it needed replacing. AT-Eco were on site the same day and had the report complete, claim ready and submitted for the clients insurance company by the following day. not only was this incredibly customer service, it also made us look good as a result for recommending them in the first place.

We experienced problems with this company which was a shame as they have many areas of competence, and the product is good quality. I felt the customer service assurances would mean they would be more responsible and careful than they were in our case.

1/ Installation was halted mid-way because the windows were too heavy for our stud walls to support. We weren’t given the weight of the windows or structural requirements before installation, so we didn’t know this was a risk we could or should investigate. They offer a free survey but we learned afterwards it was only to measure the window spaces - they don’t flag any other issues or consider whether their product is appropriate for your property. As a result we had to completely rebuild the external walls of our house to support the windows on 2 levels - months of delay and disruption, plus the expense of a structural engineer, party wall agreements and significant building works. Throughout, the company refused any responsibility so we were on our own with the extra costs.

2/ When the windows were eventually installed they had mis-measured one. The installation team saw this but didn’t tell us. When we noticed and raised it, they agreed they were already aware. They apologised and replaced that window for free but it caused further weeks of delay. On the plus side, they did come to our house a lot of times to fix mistakes and did so promptly.

3/ Their installation practice does not include internal finishing so expect to source your own carpenter and plasterer if you want them to look nice at the end.

In conclusion, they are probably a great company to work with if you are already experienced and knowledgeable about high-performance windows, but as a home owner with no professional expertise we were badly stung and felt let down.

The Internorm window is superb.

Excellent product, excellent service and smooth process. When managing construction projects, achieving a timely and efficient glazing installation is often one of the most troublesome elements of the build. Both the office and on-site teams made it a pleasurable experience with At Eco.

The customer service, products and the value for money was better than any other window door manufacturer. AT-ECO have invested well in their R&D and have produced very good products with their supply chain. The process from start to finish was very professional, especially thanks to Igor and we are very please with the outcome.

We have been really pleased with AT-Eco. We went in with new build plans, requiring 3 sets of sliding doors, a front door, back doors, and all the windows. We also needed some fixed panels and a box window. Igor has been brilliant with all the details, from design to delivery and installation. Really easy to get hold of, and follows up on everything. We initially spoke to another company about Internorm windows, but felt that Igor had an excellent product knowledge, fitting knowledge and understanding of construction itself. AT-ECO did not feel like sales people trying to push products, which was one of the main reasons we went with them.
The products themselves are extremely high quality and good value for money. Michael and his team of installers were quick, efficient, tidy and extremely hard working. We have had a slight delay on one aspect of our order but Igor kept us up to date and the team have made it to site whenever they have said they will. I would recommend them to others. Thank you for all your hard work. Everything looks brilliant.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of the doors and windows but feel there should have been a follow up visit to check, once the glass had been cleaned, that everything was in order. Unfortunately for us there were scratches on the glass but these have now been professionally polished and removed.
With our installation being replacement rather than a new build installation, we were left with badly damaged plasterwork around the doors and windows, which needs dealing with. It would be nice if this was all part of the package and included in the price, as it currently looks as though the work has not been completed.

We chose AT-Eco to supply and install our Internorm windows and doors for what was a challenging project. Our of all the suppliers we contacted, they offered the best value for money service. I must say, they excelled at every level - from the order through fulfillment to install. I would have no hesitation in recommending AT-Eco to all that read this review.

The Internorm glazing I have had installed is second to none. I and several quotes from other glazing companies but the product didn't match the quality of these windows. I would highly recommend them to any wishing to upgrade. The fitters were also very professional, speedy and conscientious whilst working in my property. A great product at a great price.

We are very happy with the quality of Internorm windows and doors acquired from AT-ECO. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave good advice on how windows should be fitted. We gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the external roller shutter we bought together with the windows were sold as blackout, and proved not to be blackout. This is in our opinion due to an installation fault. There were also some communication issues, fitters turning up to the house unannounced, etc.

A flawless customer experience from start to finish. We met the At-Eco guys at the Build It show and then visited their showroom in Kent to discuss our requirements.
Always prompt to answer any questions we had. Customer service as it should be! Oh and the windows and doors look fabulous too!
