The whole process was completed quickly and efficiently.

My mum has received great service from Astraline. She has had several falls and has been assisted by Astraline staff promptly. They have all been kind, gentle and efficient with her and all the assistance she has received has been appropriate. Astraline has given all our family a peace of mind that mum is safe. Thank you!

I was provided with second hand equipment, screws missing, and no instructions. It is not connected, and back in it's box. Useless.

Excellent company we had Astra line for my disabled brother but he died in June but as I am 80 decided to keep the alarm. My brother had the unit in his bedroom so asked to have this transferred to living room this was done very quickly and the unit was changed from telephone line to the one that does not need this. They also came very quickly when my brother had a fall on Christmas Day. Thankyou Astraline.

My great aunt has been using Astraline's lifeline for the past six months, and I can confidently say that it has been a game-changer in her life. I feel reassured knowing that if she has an emergency, help is just a button press away. The response time during tests has been good and when she had a fall, the staff were there quickly and were fantastic with her. I feel good knowing she is safe and cared for.

Great service with a fast response and caring attitude. Astraline were so helpful I trying to resolve the issue we had even were some of the issues were with the accommodation provider.

Mother in law has had a new box fitted, but it is faulty - alarm going off all time in her house. Customer service were helpful, which is good, however, when the engineer eventually came out, he didn't have any parts - i.e. a new battery pack, as this was the issue and he didn't carry the spares! Now call me cynical, but if you travelling from Hull, where the engineer came from, to the North East, you think they would have the sense to pack spare parts, inc. battery packs!!
So, engineer came out, said it needs needs a new battery pack, but he is going on holiday for a week and it wont get changed till he is back - so she has to put up with this alarm going off for another week - terrible, terrible service - no thought for how this is affecting her and a poor service from Astraline and Johnnie Johnson Housing who owns them!
In response to your reply - I can assure you it is Astraline I have been dealing with and you clearly do not have correct details as we have not had any response from you. Funny how a box has been sent from Astraline, and no one has bothered to come and refit it. Terrible terrible service trying to pass the buck, disappointed to say the least

Called on the 17th May to report a fault with my Mam's box, no one available, was prompted to leave a message, which I did. Called back again several times on the 18th and again no one available to pick up, so left another message. Not yet been able to log the fault so presently my Mam has no emergency fob to use in case of an emergency.

We do not want or need this service but are forced to pay every month as it’s part of an agreement and also our property is 25% owned by Johnny johnson.

5 start service - so thankful for companies like this to facilitate in the older generations having independence rather than being prematurely admitted into care homes, sometimes out of their will. Keep up the good work.

I had an incident with my mum where she fell outside tescos an ambulance was called my mum being my mum refused it when they arrived a lovely lady a member of the public helped her home she then came back to check on my mum to make sure she was ok she didn't know my mums flat number so she went through to astraline on the door system as they manage remotely who was amazing first of as a secure building made sure this lady was who she said she was by asking my mum through the intercom system who explained what had happend
my mum is a very stubborn lady and doesn't like to worry us but id alerted astraline I needed to know of any incidents and they did just that! I have so much confidence in this company I sleep alot easier at night knowing she has 24 hr care! Thankyou for all u do!

Excellent been using for years

Lost my pendant on Tuesday,rang Astraline Wednesday thinking I wouldn’t get a replacement before Easter,wonderful lady came with a new one in the afternoon.What service is that!I told her I had not expected to get a new one until after Easter Monday.Her reply was that she would not have been able to sleep if she hadn’t replaced it.Service above and beyond Astraline👏🏻👏🏻🌟🌟

its a good system but with a stubborn mum who dosent use it as she should do . works when we test it and mum used it once and it worked. happy with service but is expensive every month.

This is new thing now since you took over from Peaks&Plains so havn't had a lot of dealings with them as yet

Haven't had reason to use the service yet, so can't really say if they are good or bad.

On Monday the 15th April I reported a falt on Chapel Courts door access system and Tunstall Telecom system neither of them working. Phoned Astraline Pointon 0345 217 0721 and put on hold for several minutes then told to phone Call Centre 01625 850266 they then sent a lady who arrived within 15mins and reset both systems all working OK. Yesterday 16th received phone Call from an engineer telling me the he was on his way to fix the door access system, told him that it was reset yesterday and it's working properly.

Does what it says on the tin. A reassuring thing to have for elderly parents.

Fortunately I have only needed to use Astraline for items like pendant replacement and check in.
but service has been excellent.Both my daughter and I have peace of mind knowing that somebody is there if needed.
