Arlo Wolf Eyewear Arvostelua 

Really love the glasses. Getting loads of compliments and I can see out of them well too. Not the cheapest but I tried cheaper stores and couldn’t find a style I liked until coming across this one. Customer service were super helpful when I was delayed sending my 4-pack home trial back. Really impressed ❤️

All went perfectly. Quick delivery, the packaging was nice and secure, the glasses were nice just didn't suit me so the try at home service was used exactly as intended!

Glasses need to be more modern and also have more choice. Feel very dated and quite cheap. The styles don’t seem to have been updated for years.

The home trial experience worked well, but their sizes are very small.

My head is a little larger than average, but even their "oversized" frames are way too small. The whole experience left me soured on Arlo Wolf and even more self conscious.

I’ve used Arlo wolf for a few years now I can’t fault their products at all happy with all my glasses I’ve received.

Glasses arrived today and they are wonky as the lenses used for left and right are different sizes. Not sure how that is even possible?

They have a noticeably different shape on each side.

The overall product is to a high quality I think it should just be made clearer on time frames to turn around the specs and that next day is from DISPATCH which was around 2 weeks after I put my order in.

Purchased a few pairs of prescription glasses from Arlo Wolf. Quality for the price is excellent. What makes me want to go back is the excellent customer service. Matt is always great and responds with any questions quickly.
Love the try before you buy option as I'm so fussy with glasses.

So impressed with this company. Not only are they great designs with so many options to choose from and the try before you buy set of four... but I really appreciated the advice I got from Matt, due to metal allergies and choice of design I needed (due to field of vision not being quite right in last glasses and super long eyelashes causing problems) it felt like such a personal service... but they are ethical too... recycling and donating glasses to those in need, which is important to me. All at such a great price too! I'm genuinely raving about Arlo Wolf and can't see any reason why I'd go elsewhere in future. The only thing that would improve it is if you could select the material in the tickboxes when searching, details of what metal etc not listed in product description (but Matt answered all this for me, very quickly when I got in touch)

To start with, I don’t like writing negative reviews. I have had glasses with Arlo Wolf for a couple of years now. My current pair of glasses broke and the glass came out, so I ordered a new pair (next day delivery) My glasses arrived a week later, bent and out of line completely. I asked if I could get a refund and I’d just order a new pair (as if I sent these back, I will not be able to see as will not have any glasses) this wasn’t an option, I was asked to send them back to be refitted. They were nice enough to send me a free label to send the glasses back with, but I physically can’t because I need my glasses for day to day. So I am currently wearing wonky/bent glasses- £70 down the drain.
