Tiny bunch
Tiny bunch. Not worth the price. I regularly use Interflora but used them to try as interfora are expensive. In reality they have cut out most the flowers so no wonder it is less

Hi Lynn
It's wonderful to hear the flowers were still perfect a week later. The Isle of Wight can sometimes incur an extra day in transit due to the location which is why you were contacted, but it is good to hear they did indeed the next day. Thank you for sharing your positive experience!

Ordering and delivery perfect
Ordering and delivery perfect, flowers beautiful on arrival but unlike with previous orders, they didn't last as long as hoped despite changing the water and feed.

Knocking on the door and having that…
Knocking on the door and having that personal touch would have made this review 5 stars. You always deliver when requested but the service could be that much special with that aforementioned simple change. I understand its 3rd party delivery but internal senior managers could review and implement this service.

I had never user Arena flowets b

Perfect large bouquet of lilies
Perfect large bouquet of lilies. My daughter had these sent to me after the loss of a pet. They are absolutely perfect, arrived in perfect healthy condition, about 30 buds on +1 that didn’t make it. They’ve been here a day and are opening already, just beautiful.

4.5/5 for pet friendly
4.5/5 I love that there’s pet friendly option, packaging and delivery are both amazing, the flowers lasted 2 weeks which is much longer than grocery shops one. However, I see a strong repetition on the pet friendly flowers, it would be 10/10 if there are more variety. Almost every week it seems there are antirrhinums, roses, asters, lisianthus and greenbell.
