The flowers were sent as a gift. They arrived fresh and beautifully packaged and the recipient loves them. They were delivered on the set date although the delivery man didn't ring the bell or knock to say they were there. Glad there wasn't heavy rain at the time. Will use Arena again.

Hi Alan,
We’re truly sorry that your order didn’t arrive as promised, especially given it was for your mother’s birthday. While we always aim to meet the delivery option you selected, including next-day delivery, delays can occasionally happen in transit. We take full responsibility for your experience.
Your order is now scheduled for delivery tomorrow, and we’ve refunded the delivery cost. We know how important it was for this to arrive today, and we’re very sorry it didn’t go as planned. Our customer service experience team has reached out via email, and if there’s a way you’d prefer us to put this right, please let us know.
Best Regards,
Arena Flowers
