Many thanks to the staff, especially Bradley, who is genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. From the beginning of the brief, the design direction and delivery were all excellent, and the quality of the products surpasses anything on the market. I recommend highly this company!

I received the wrong product. I had already booked an electrician, so I asked for a quick replacement, but it took almost two weeks despite the correct item being in stock. As a result, I had to bring the electrician back and pay for an extra day. Very poor service and unnecessary additional cost. I would not recommend this company.

Outstanding customer service, brilliant communication from the team in the office. I would highly reccomend the company to everyone and anyone who is looking for high end, bespoke LED lighting.

Terrible customer service. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the issue professionally, they repeatedly tried to shift the blame onto the customer. Communication was frustrating and the whole process wasted a considerable amount of my time.

In the end, I gave up trying to get the issue properly resolved and had to purchase the products again from another online retailer. A good company shows its true level of service when something goes wrong, and unfortunately my experience here was extremely disappointing.

I certainly won't be shopping with them again and I would not recommend them to others.

I’ve used Arc for a bunch of stuff. Products are great and customer service is stellar.
The team are a great help anytime I’ve called. Good range of products. No LED shop better.

I bought black LED profiles from ARC-LED. The problem started when the product did not look as one could reasonably expect from the photographs on the website. The company itself later acknowledged that it could understand why the photograph may have suggested a darker diffuser. Despite that, I was initially expected to arrange and pay for the return myself, at a cost that was very high in relation to the value of the goods. Only after I escalated the matter to PayPal was I offered a cheaper courier option, but the return cost was still being pushed onto me.

PayPal received the full correspondence between us, photographs, the link to the product page and the other supporting material. It was not deciding based on my opinion or on who argued their case more loudly. It independently assessed the evidence available and the dispute ended with a full refund in my favour.

ARC-LED now says that it failed to respond to PayPal within the required timeframe. It is difficult not to get the impression that there was simply nothing significant left to add to the evidence PayPal already had. If ARC-LED believed that the same evidence supported its position, it had the opportunity to explain that to PayPal. It did not. It is therefore difficult to present its own failure to respond as an argument against the outcome of the dispute.

ARC-LED also suggests that I claimed to have bought identical, “exclusive” profiles from another retailer. I never said that. I said only that I bought replacement profiles elsewhere. They were different black profiles, noticeably better quality in my opinion, and cheaper.

The most interesting part, however, is what happened after the negative review appeared.

For a long time, ARC-LED reviews on Trustpilot appeared relatively infrequently. Then critical feedback appeared and, within just a few hours, the profile suddenly received a series of highly positive five-star reviews, including reviews relating to experiences from much earlier dates.

Is that simply a coincidence?

Why did several people apparently remember their excellent experiences with the company almost at the same time, precisely when criticism appeared?

Why does a company that previously received reviews at widely spaced intervals suddenly receive so many within a few hours?

Why can a similar pattern also be seen earlier, in 2023, when a concentrated group of very positive reviews appeared around negative feedback?

Is such a sudden burst of glowing reviews immediately after criticism simply a coincidence? Or is there another explanation? Readers can look at the timing, the previous frequency of reviews and the dates of the experiences described, and make up their own minds.

Anyone can look at the dates, timestamps and previous review frequency and draw their own conclusions.

There is also an interesting contrast: ARC-LED says it did not respond to PayPal in time, yet after a negative review became public, a lengthy company response appeared very quickly, along with a sudden series of positive reviews.

Coincidence? Perhaps. Readers can decide for themselves.

For me, one detailed negative review supported by correspondence, photographs, dates and the outcome of an independent dispute says far more about how a company behaves when something genuinely goes wrong than many short comments saying everything was excellent.

The facts, dates and chronology are visible. I will leave everyone to draw their own conclusions.

And finally, thank you to the team for all the work that went into this experience. Sometimes the response tells you more than the original complaint ever could 🤭

We asked an "electrician" you know the type "I'm an electrician i think you need this driver for your LED strip light" after he purchased it not realising he needed a driver 🙄
Anyway I phoned Arc-Led where we told him to get it and the driver, turned out the driver wasn't powerful enough but spoke to Brad and he sorted the problem very quickly.
What a nice guy genuinely 👏

Having no experience of fitting led strips into an alcove for shelf lighting we contacted arc-led.

Service was excellent, all the options we had were discussed and all questions around power output and driver requirements answered clearly.

Used Arc led for profile lighting consisting of 2 squares in garden room,I messed up with the fitting of my led tapes & Tony who I contacted was unbelievably helpful & accommodating with sorting my problem out as was everybody at Arc led who I dealt with.Fantastic customer service & quality Led tapes,controllers & after sales help that was so very much appreciated,Thank you to Tony & all at Arc Led.Will definitely use again & fully recommend.

As a small Electrical business we need a quick turnout found the products we need. Found them online. They were reasonably priced slightly higher than competitors but guaranteed a 24 hour delivery.
To ensure that I got delivery in 24 hours.
I called LED, I don’t want to use the chaps name but he was to me very down very negative and said that it will take as long as it takes for the warehouse people to get it ready for delivery, but the delivery is only guaranteed once they’re prepared for it.
I asked if I could pay more or do anything to ensure that 24 hour delivery he said he would print off the slip and take it down for them immediately. Trusting him(my bad)
So……The delivery was meant for today. I’ve just had an email to say that it will be delivered at some point to the customers house tomorrow!
Really, really disappointed. Don’t offer something you can’t deliver.

I can’t rate Arc-LED highly enough. The help and advice they give, the timely delivery of orders and the actual products themselves are second to none.
I’d especially like to mention Will Pickford who is a credit to Arc-LED. His knowledge and help has made my LED installations hit new heights.

Overall customer service from Ben was second to none. Cared about the job and what we wanted. Gave advice based on this and explained everything to us. Honestly couldn't recommend them, the service and the product enough.
