Aquabot Pool Cleaner Arvostelua 7

My Robot is three years old. Has worked well throughout this time, but now has stopped working. There are no pool stores in the area that support it. The aquabot website does not appear to exist and therefore no place to find any information on the robot.
I'm told by one local reputable dealer that I need to send the robot by courier at my expense to their depot which is over 300 miles away and "Oh by the way their parts are very expensive e.g. a new motor will cost €500." My conclusion and advice to potential customers is very negative.

WARNING!!I only used my bot a handful of times (within 2 months)and it started to flip and shut down , I brought it to get it serviced it has been 2 weeks and still waiting !these pool stores sell the bots for a distributor and now you have to go to through 2 extra people just to get an answer! Just because it’s under warranty doesnt mean anything anymore ! If I knew this I would have never spent so much money on this thing ! I would not recommend this !!!! Do not purchase this product stick with a trusted name or just stick with your manual pool vacuum the aggravation is not worth it!!!

The most expensive waste of money that I have spent and the worst customer service that I have ever encountered.
Advertised to clean a pool as large as my 10 metre pool but only cleans the same 2/3 to 3/4 every time.
Customer service consists of blame the customer and then forget all about the problem.
Next time they say that the machine is working perfectly when they have only seen a photograph.
Next time they say that the pool is full of algae ( the bottom of the pool is painted green ).
The machine returned to the importer and they reported it to be working perfectly but sabotaged it by replacing the bag with an old one that just falls off its frame. Have now been able to test it and it is still useless.
Have sent certified letters to North Carolina, Israel and Austria, after 2 months all have been totally ignored.

We used to have an Aquabot in our pool and it used to work well. When we needed service we would get parts and help from our local pool store. Unfortunately the company was sold or somehow closed, and so now there are no more service options for us. Can't recommend them anymore since no service. Sad

Would give it 0 stars if possible. If you ever have an issue and need service, you will be sorry you ever purchased an Aquabot. Yes, you have a 2 year warranty ... but it will take you many months to get it repaired. Save yourself the headache, frustration and disappointment and purchase a different brand!!!

I ordered some products from this company and I must say that I am please to what I have received. Fast shipping and great customer service over the phone. I believe I was missing apart, but I was informed that it will be getting mailed out to me shortly afterwards. Thank you all for the great business

I bought a aquabot bravo, the best way to describe the product is:the robot for cleaning the pool that doesn't do the job. It leaves part pool totally dirty because it never goes there
