Jarlia Arvostelua 3

I looked high and low around their website and could find no information to tell me who really owns this company. They have a shipping office in the UK but the actual owning company could be anyone. I suspect it's another Chinese company trying not to look Chinese. I will buy happily from Chinese companies if they are open about who they are but if I cannot find the who the main company is then I start to lose trust. I decided not to shop with them despite being drawn to a shirt I liked.

Ordered a shirt that never came. Shirt was delivered to another address. Delivery company sent me pictures of package and apt door. It wasn't my door. Delivery company asked for a picture of my door and gave me letter that the package was missing. Jarlia refuses to make me whole.

I ordered a Fleece Jacket, after more than 2 weeks it wasn´t sent out yet, after contacting the support in regards of how long it will be until it gets sent out, they answered with a standard email which was hillariously off the topic i asked questions about.
2 Stars only because after i wrote i wanna cancle i instantly got my money back.

if the support had given me a normal answer i would have waited, well..
