Wow! What an incredible experience! We were very fortunate to get tickets to the show, as I heard that some in the queue did not, but that's the risk you take. We ended up on the front row, near the entrance to the games, so my 6 yr old was high giving Nitro, Hammer, and the Contestants... literally money can't buy experience.

Food, drink, and merch was reasonably priced, and all the staff were pleasant and helpful, from Applause Store staff to the venue staff and security.

Will definitely return if this event happens again.

The overall filming process was amazing seeing the behind the scenes and of course the Gladiators, which we saw much more of in the arena than TV suggests. There was a brilliant atmosphere throughout the day and we were thankful to get in. However, we arrived at 07:10 to join the line, which was not too far from the front maybe 60 guests ahead of us in the queue suggesting we would get excellent seats for the 11:30 filming. After our E-ticket was scanned we moved further up the line and was asked how many tickets I needed. I said four and the lady handing tickets out looked through her pile and then asked another gentleman from Applause Store “do you have any fours left?” and he replied, “I do but…” and did not complete the sentence and we were handed those in a rushed manner but the staff were not rude I would like to add. When we arrived in the arena to find our seats it was disappointing to realise that we were on Row B in the upper level to the side unable to see the arena floor of the left side (making sense why the gentleman said “but…”) even though we went to the effort to arrive hours before other guests it was unfair that they were given better seating below on the main area with clearer views.

As previously said we are pleased we were lucky enough to be able to get into the show and it will be a treasured memory hopefully we are successful next year too. Thank you for making dreams come true.

An amazing day long but really enjoyed it, to be able to see how the show is put together was great. Loved Bradley and Barney, shame we couldnt meet them.

Amazingly well organised event! So much fun

once in and watching the filming it was intresting and followed well and time whizzed by .

It was as expected. We queued early in order to avoid disappointment and the seats provided a good view. The day was long but loads of breaks between filming meant we could chat and snack. Staff were helpful when needed and the entertainment was great.

Well organised as we had accessibility tickets, it's just a very long day and really tiring. We had to leave b4 the eliminator as we had to get public transport back to West Yorkshire

It was UNBELIEVABLE! I was so worried about the overbooking of tickets but I didnt need to worry! We got our tickets after queuing for about an hour which felt like no time at all tbh! The staff were so professional and friendly and answered any questions I had. Once in the arena the experience really began! There was a lot of time setting up between events but there was entertainment, a dj, games and prizes and plenty to eat and drink at the arena. We had an amazing day - thank you

Excellent service, easy process . Great teams

It was a brilliant day out. Watching from behind the scenes, seeing all the Gladiators and the presenters upclose. Intermission and various activities to entertain the crowd was fun. We had a great time. Food, refreshments and souvenirs are a bit expensive but other than that, the excitement and entertainment made for a welcomed experience.
