Excellent service. Received Access, Priority tickets & well organised this year. Separate queue already sorted by time we started queueing.
Asked for end row seating, near to toilet & got exactly that without having to go up the stairs as well.

It was an incredible Gladiators show, with a well managed ticket system this year. Staff were friendly and helpful and the show was wonderful and such a fantastic day for all the family.

Helpful staff, queue moved quickly and positive atmosphere.
Once inside security not watching children loitering on walkways when not supposed to be there but dont think thats applause store issue

The show was incredible, although we were seated in premium economy we still had a fab time! Day 1 of filming was amazing! Stuart Holden fab as always

We went to see Gladiators for the 4th consecutive series being filmed and had an amazing time.

From arriving - the ticket collection was extremely easy, 5 minutes in a queue. Given clear times to come back for the show. The show was amazing - takes a long time but it's great to see what goes on behind the scenes. The floor crew were very slick in change overs. All staff were very helpful. The show was great, to see the gladiators in real life who were great when they interacted with the audience, also Bradley & Barney Walsh fantastic hosts. Thought that Stu was great getting the audience warmed up.
All in all a great day out. Thank you.

A great day! Long (10 hours), but so entertaining and really good fun. My 8-year old was enthralled - not only by the Gladiators games, but also by seeing how things were done, like the changeover of equipment. The two ‘warm up’ guys were brilliant, keeping up the energy and making sure we were entertained the whole time.

Great day we all totally loved it.

Awesome job & fantastic experience my children got to see their hero's. It is a very long day 9am till 8.30pm food is expensive but other than that applause store staff were fabulous even upgraded our seats to enable us to be close to the front for the end. My advice to anyone else with tickets arrive early so you can get through the queue then cross the road for breakfast 👍

A brilliant day. Audience kept entertained at all times. Was great to see Brad and Barney up close aswell as the gladiators. Granddaughter had the best day!

What a brilliant experience from start to finish! My wife, daughter, and I were lucky enough to get tickets to see Gladiators through the Applause Store, and we all absolutely loved it.

Everything was really well organised. Even though there were queues, they moved quickly and were managed really well by the friendly staff, so the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.

The atmosphere in the arena was incredible, and seeing Gladiators live was even better than we expected. It was a fantastic family day out, and our daughter hasn’t stopped talking about it since!

A big thank you to everyone at the Applause Store for making it such an enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for more opportunities to book tickets through you. Highly recommended!
