Extremely happy customer
Extremely happy I went to Apollo for the second time. Danielle came to measure up - with a large selection of blind and curtain materials, in a range of materials and colours.
The fitter, Garry, was extremely friendly and efficient. Excellent experience all round!

Excellent Blackout Blinds
Apollo Blinds installed Blackout Blinds to our 4 bedrooms and we are very happy with the products. The rooms are now completely dark which allow the family to sleep better in summer. The installation was done in only a couple of hours. They are very easy to open / close. We strongly recommend this product

Great company, great service!
A great company with knowledgeable staff and a friendly attitude. Gemma came out to see what we wanted, as we needed a motorised blind for the front room. She was very helpful and advised us well. Kevin fitted the motorised blind quickly and was very professional. A great company with very personalised service. Highly recommended!

Excellent service
We had some fly screens fitted by Nash from Apollo blinds Walsall. The service he provided from start to finish was excellent. We have been looking for a while for some and he was the first person to offer a measuring and fitting service. He contacted me straight away and came out within a couple of days to suit. We are very pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend his company.

Home appointment to measure up for blinds, but unfortunately due to the wonky walls the blinds we wanted weren’t an option.
I had previously bought some blinds which kept falling down and the guys very kindly cleaned the blind up as it had been in the garage, reinstalled it with new brackets and chain.
Obviously the easiest thing would have been to upsell me something else, but i was assured the thing i had was enough and with a bit of thinking outside the box would do the job. Absolutely incredible service and we’re here around an hour and a half, JUST to make my previous blinds (not bought from Apollo) fit. Highly recommended and very much appreciative of such an honest service

Excellent service
A few years ago I got Apollo Blinds (Shawlands, Glasgow) to install a curtain rail on a non-straight wall, and the fitters did a great job. I went back to Apollo Blinds when looking for vertical/roller blinds and curtain poles for my Mum's new flat. Very friendly fitting service, and good installation. Excellent service!

We couldn't be happier with our blackout lantern blind from Apollo Blinds Wirral. Barry found the perfect solution for our extension, which was getting far too hot and bright, and the difference is amazing!
From start to finish, Barry and Tracy's communication was excellent – friendly, helpful and always quick to respond. The fitting was carried out perfectly, with no mess at all, and the quality of the blinds is outstanding.

terrible customer service at the Macclesfield…and have been ignored since
I agreed to proceed with Macclesfield Apollo blinds at the beginning of June. After coming round to do measure - twice, I was told at the end of June that the originally quoted mid July delivery date would be delayed.
After 3 weeks of emails and calls asking when they’d be ready, I have been ignored by the team and had no answer to this question. After complaining, Matt from head office has gotten in touch and has been great in trying to sort things out and get to the bottom of things, however the experience with the Macclesfield branch, has put me off continuing.

Firstly, I'd like to apologise for the poor experience you had with our Macclesfield team. While no deposit had been taken and no order had been placed with our supplier, we should have communicated more proactively and followed up with you in a timely manner once it became clear there were issues affecting the original timescales. Being left without answers after several emails and calls is not the level of service we expect our customers to receive.
I'm pleased that I was able to assist and provide some clarity when your concerns were escalated.
We are reviewing the circumstances internally with the Macclesfield team to ensure lessons are learned and to help prevent similar situations from happening again in the future.
Shutters
This was my last shutter fitting i have had them fitted all through my house as usual a 5star review always professional friendly and punctual would highly recommend Danny and his team don't hesitate just do it i absolutely love mine thank you

Caravan Flyscreen
Kevin fitted our Flyscreen/Blackout dual blinds in our 2 bedrooms and door at our Caravan, which are great . Gemma organised our appointment to suit us when we were up in St Andrews Fife and they are lovely.

Motorised Curtain Installation
We recently had some motorised curtains fitted, an absolutely amazing job, we couldn’t pick a single fault from Rob and his team in Leeds. The service and quality couldn’t be beaten, I would 100% recommend!

Would give a zero if I could!! Began this journey with Apollo blinds in February and as of today 8th July, blinds still not fitted. I have had FIVE cancellations from the company as fitter is off sick, or hurt foot or something else!! Twice he has arrived at my house both times with wrong brackets for fitting blinds and therefore no blinds fitted!! I paid over £3,000 deposit and now regret this big time!! If I could cancel these blinds I would do in a minute but as they are bespoke they can’t cancel. Fuming is an understatement!! I will certainly not be using or recommending this company ever. Apollo STIRLING.

I contacted Apollo Blinds of Wokingham and a date for measuring uo was made on the phone. On the day the measuring was done I was given a quote on the day without having to wait. The blinds were fitted quickly and on the day I was told vy Stuart Fawcett andI'm very happy with my blinds as they compliment and finish the room perfectly

First of all Hello,
My Wife and i had been walking by a house in the WD24 area,and seen a van outside with APOLLO BLINDS on it with contact details on it. The wife rang the number on the van the next Day. To make an appointment to see the shutters and blinds. With which the installer came and showed the models of what we required. The quality looked great said that we would like two Blinds both to be fitted one in new bathroom colour match was perfect,and one in new kitchen which was also a perfect match. white shutters to be fitted to the bay windows on the ground floor and two windows in the front bedroom. The installer was super polite and helpful and said they would be fitted in ten to fourteen weeks. True to his word he arrived fitted everything so neat and tidy hardly Knew he had been here. We feel that it has enhanced our terrace house and love the way they look. Many thanks to Apollo Blinds and the installer. Highly recommend them.
