Apollo Blinds Arvostelua

Organised for this company to come around today between 1 and 3. Had an emotional appointment before booked 12 while 1. I was contacted at 12 by Apollo blinds to ask could they visit my reply no I have an appointment at 12. At 1pm Apollo blinds arrived at my home. My husband asked him to come back in 5 mins. However he left. When contacting Apollo blinds I was told ‘we don’t work like that and it is upsetting when we are told to come back in 5 minutes’ On that basis poor service if they can’t wait 5 minutes!

Matthew was very good at putting us at ease when visited our busy office. Plenty of choice in blinds good costs and helpful in guiding us to best solution for our premises. On fitting very good at working at our premises whilst staff going about daily work ,very clean and tidy and nothing was any trouble at all.
Would recommend his company to other local business no problem.

Apollo Blinds Clydebank
This is a family run business that is based on amazing communication and service . They know their stuff and are so helpful in choosing the right thing for you. The fitter (sorry I forgot his name) went above and beyond - he actually hand painted brackets for me . 5 star plus
Thank you

Absolute pleasure to deal with Apollo Blinds Bristol & Bath. Outstanding customer service from start to finish and could not be happier with the product. Would 100% highly recommend. Top class. Thank you guys.

Excellent customer service throughout and very straightforward when it came to the installation too. Would highly recommend the Wokingham team, who I am already asking to do some additional work.

We have just had shutters fitted in the bedrooms they have done a lovely job we are very pleased with them this is the fourth time we have used apollo blinds always excellent service

From start to finish Rob from Apollo Blinds was fantastic. His product knowledge is excellent and he was able to show us the products and how they would work, taking time to
Really explain the blinds with no pushy sales. He provided a really clear quote and left us to think about it without rushing us. The blinds were fitted by Rob and there was no mess, worked around our schedule. We love the blinds, amazing product and fantastic after sales. Would recommend this company to friends and family without hesitation.

My blinds were fine and I was initially pleased with them. I contacted Grant as the door blind that was fitted to the door was slightly wonky. Sent him a photo and he agreed they needed adjustment. Arranged appt. On day he phoned me and told me he had arrived at an address which appeared not to be mine. Made another appt. On that day he phoned to say something happened and he needed to take children to school and would be an hour late. He phoned 1.5 hrs later to tell me he was at an address which appeared not to be mine and he seemed very confused. I was concerned at this point as he told me he didn't actually know where to be. I confirmed my address and made the 3rd appt for the following week. He never turned up and didn't phone. I still have a wonky blind (fitted Nov). Appalling after service from Grant from Derby. Had arranged to have front of house done after Christmas but he will definitely not get my custom. No recommendations from me to anyone locally about Apollo Blinds. Wish I had gone with Hilarys. Two stars are because I liked my blinds nothing to do with fitting.

EDIT....issue resolved after Manager stepped in. Thank you. Grant returned and fixed blind. Polite but not particularly chatty. I will add one more star as they resolved. Grant said he agreed with my review above but he was definitely not a liar as I apparently called him. Not once did that word appear in my review above. I will still say nice blinds though and happy with them now.

This is the second time we have used Apollo Blinds. First-class service from start to finish. We had blinds made for the home and the Summer House. Good quality, very well made - worth every penny. Mike did a brilliant job, definitely worth 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone.

Good product and overall service, friendly people who came to measure up and fit the lantern blind.

I have used Apollo Blinds Wokingham now on 3 occasions and would not use anyone else. The range of blinds available and colours is excellent. Stuart Fawcett is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and all the blinds we have orders have been excellent. They have arrived and been fitted in timely manner and nothing is too much trouble. Lisa Phillips, in the office, again is extremely friendly and keeps you informed all the way. The best bit is their blinds are of high quality but an extremely competitive price. I would not use anyone else and will be using again in the near future. I have also recommended to friends. Brilliant service from Apollo Blinds Wokingham and highly recommend

Great experience for our business requirements from start to finish. Andrew came out to quote our job promptly, blinds arrived a few weeks later and look fantastic.
Strong recommendation if you're looking for good service and a quality product.

Company were easy to deal with very helpful and always kept in touch and updated us. When shutters were ready called us straight away fitted 2 days later. Great price and service highly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. Ryan arrived to provide a quotation very quickly after my enquiry. Provided all information in friendly and helpful manner. Prompt delivery and installation of new blinds. Very happy with my blinds and the service received.

Amanda in Shawlands gave great advice and great service and I love my new blinds.
The fitters were lovely and cleared up afterwards

Having just had our complete home fitted with new blinds from apollo with a mixture of verticle, roller, roman and intu blinds . The customer service we recieved was exceptional, from the initial visit to the installation it was absolutely fault free , they have an amazing choice of quality fabrics and designs to choose from at really competitive prices. If you are looking for any type of blinds I would highly recommend giving them a call.

Nash from Apollo blinds was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us choose our blinds and came and fitted them very quickly and efficiently. A very prompt, professional service.

Andy in Aberdeen provided a first class service with our new conservatory blinds. He has a vast knowledge of blinds and a fine eye for detail and quality. Thank you!

When one of our 4mtr heavy motor roller blinds seriously malfunctioned snagging the blind in the motor. The original suppliers were no longer in business and Apollo sent two fitters who attended on the day and time agreed, were polite professional and efficient working some 5 mtrs high up they eventually managed to dislodge the material, trim and reset the system. I'd highly recommend them

Extremely good service and quality of shutters. Rob and Anita spent a long time fitting them to perfection
So friendly and efficient
I will certainly recommend them to others
Thank you
