We have had to call Apogee for assistance with printers a few times and always been quick to arrive. Engineers are professional and friendly. We have recently had Sean Alder who has went above and beyond helping us to understand how to fix some issues ourselves. Superb service.

Apogee has just installed two new curriculum copiers.
The whole process went smooth, and the copiers were, ready and set up in no time.

Great service from onsite engineer! We are several years in to our Apogee contract and the best thing about it whenever there is a fault we always get the same engineer (Nicky Black). Response times are great - usually same day or early the next. He is super knowledgeable about all our 30+ devices; goes above and beyond each time he is onsite; is polite and friendly … if 6 stars are available he would get it. The Apogee service is pretty good generally, the only slight complaint would be occasionally the auto ordering of toner does not work and we have to order manually but this is rare. We had a Xerox contract before and that was awful - Apogee are much better!

This company allows anybody to sign a contract on behalf of a business and will tie you in to a long expensive contract with no way of getting out unless you pay a huge fee. We haven't used any printing equipment supplied from them yet get billed thousands of pounds per year. We have had their printing equipment locked away inside a cabinet for circa the last 2 years. The staff wont work with you to get anything resolved and happy to take your money for a service which is non existent, literally. No solutions have been offered to a struggling business apart from paying more than £10k to terminate a contract that was never authorised to be signed.
