Once you get used to the interface, it is relatively straight forward and easy to use. It is quick and efficient and allows me to safely and securely view and download client files.

We as a company have used Glasscubes for a few years and it has helped transfer the way we collect information form our cllients.

The development of the software has been considerable over this time with the product going from strength to strength.

It is easy to use and the clients taken to it well.

I’ve had a really positive experience using Glasscube for work and have found it to be a very useful and reliable platform. It has made a number of day-to-day tasks much easier to manage and has helped make my overall workflow more organised and efficient.

One of the things I appreciate most about Glasscube is how straightforward it is to use. it was good in general , but when we open the file there always has a AI on the right side comes up, which stopped us to click the next page button immediately and reduces efficiency , can you please remove it

I have recently tested Fiscari portal, new addition for Glasscube users and I've been genuinely impressed with it so far. We do use other tools for researching payroll and tax matters, but I can confidently say that Fiscari structures information much better than anything else I've used.
What stands out most is the accuracy and reliability of the content. The references actually exist, the answers are relevant and on point, and if information isn't available, the system doesn't appear to invent an answer. Instead, it clearly highlights where there may be uncertainty, which is incredibly valuable.
From my perspective, it's an excellent knowledge library and a real time-saver. Navigating HMRC guidance can often be daunting and confusing, so having information presented in a clear, organised, and practical way makes a significant difference.

Glasscubes is an efficient and easy to use tool to manage a portfolio of clients. It is easier to keep track of information and messages coming in and saves time in terms of receiving multiple emails from clients. Simplifies our internal processes by having everything in one place.

Easy to use, well organised. I like how you can download the information to make it easy to save down. Great customer service as well, always easy to get in touch with to answer any queries.

It's a great secure and efficient way for us to communicate and transfer documentation between ourselves and clients. The feature of the client being able to mark that this is my PAYE income/self-employed income is a great feature and prevents unnecessary questions.

It has made our audits a lot more efficient. Clients find it easy to use and we as auditors find it easier to monitor progress of query responses. Rarely encounter any issues.

I like the AI Feature - really helps with preparing tax returns

It is such a great tool for Client Communication as well as internal review manager. It is a time-saver as we no longer have to manually chase our clients (it does it for you) and that you can do all the work in one space without having to move around to 3 different software.
The customer service is also great, with very quick responses.

We have started using galsscubes and it has been excellent!! highly recommend.

Overall very good, i am from the account holder standpoint not the client receiving documents stand point, a little bit of a learning curve in how to send items to client for signature and if the text box was expandable it would be even better but that is it in terms of flaws. Otherwise good software that has made sending and receiving signed documents easy

Glasscubes is an amazing product which has made my life easier. I communicate with the clients every single day and there are always a number of back-and-forth communications with the clients.

It was always difficult to filter the emails based on the clients, but now it is very easy to trace all the communication because everything is available at one place.

I used Glasscubes during CQII training and collaboration with TQL. Overall, I found it easy to use and effective for sharing resources, communicating with team members, and managing project-related information.

What I liked:

User-friendly interface with a relatively short learning curve.
Easy document sharing and collaboration.
Centralized location for project materials and communications.
Worked well for training and multi-organization collaboration.

What I didn't like:

The discussion board functionality made it difficult to follow conversation threads.
It was sometimes challenging to track the flow of discussions and determine which comments were responses to previous posts.
Long discussion chains could become difficult to navigate compared to modern threaded conversation tools.
