Excellent vets, have used for years. Healthy pets club brings great peace of mind. All of the staff are excellent and can't do enough to help. The out of hours service is also amazing to have in place. Thanks to you all!

Such a welcoming, happy place. Dog likes it as much as we do. Staff are very professional and competent.

Called with concern about an eye infection in my dog and was allocated an appointment with the vet forty minutes later. All staff - reception and vets - are exceptional with both animals and their human tag-a-longs, fantastic service all round.

Reception staff are very welcoming and friendly. Premises are bright and clean. Vets we have seen have been very competent and obviously care about the animals they are treating.

We’ve recently moved to this vet practise after our local vet was taken over by a franchise and I don’t like the service we were receiving. Apex vets is like night and day compared to our last vets. The staff are friendly, warm and you can really tell they care about your pet and put you at ease. I am so glad we made the move and I will happily recommend Apex to any of my friends.

Kelly kept me updated throughout over the last few days, despite being busy it was never a bother. This just takes the human anxiety right down receiving the updates. Staff are warm and friendly and efficient. The vet we had (Callum) was very informative and also extremely good at putting us at ease during our visit.
Taking your pet to the vets is often not a pleasant experience for people and their animals so I’m very happy to say I would have no more anxiety than is natural around taking my pet to see the team.
I know when she visits she is in very good hands !

Moved my pets to Apex about 3 years ago after having a few upsetting instances with the previous vet we used.
I cannot praise them high enough, i have found the service at Apex to be fantastic. The staff are polite and professional as well as showing that they really care about the animals they see rather than just taking lots of money from you.
I have a pet with an ongoing illness and he usually sees the same vet each visit to ensure continuity and also helps as he is scared of attending but loves Callum and Sam as well as the girls at reception who always make a fuss of him. I personally have never had a bad experience at this surgery and am relieved i was able to join their practice. The fact that they have their emergency services within the site rather than having to try to rush your pet through to Glasgow or Edinbirgh in an emergency is also a huge relief.

My male cat has being coming to Apex Vets si ce he was only 5 weeks old. They are very helpful, professional and kind. My boy is almost 2 now and we onky use APEX. We love having our Healthy Pet Plan that keeps Cooper in tip top condition. We were last in yesterday for a check up.

My dog is so scared of the vets that most ofvthe time he turns blue. I cannot thank the team at Apex enough for helping Elvis and getting him back to normal. First class

Absolutely outstanding vets. After our dog took ill through the night and we had to call out of hours at 2am, Claire was an absolute life saver… literally. Our dog had picked up a drug outside and was very unwell, Claire explained everything and the professionalism and care was impeccable. All staff at Apex are fantastic. Thanks to Claire our dog is recovering at home.

Have just read Apex vets comments on the Governments comments on vets charges, one of the reasons we use Apex for our little Topsy is that you are told exactly what the treatment will cost,no hidden extras,no add costs,also all nurses,vets staff are all first class,and genuinely care for all the pets they treat.

Kate the vet has been amazing with Beau my pug. Takes the time to explain everything and answers all my questions. Please Doug and Glenn don’t let her go - keep her here. As always the reception staff amazing and Fiona the vet nurse for taking Beau’s bloods.

Having lost our cat 1.5 years ago to the incompetence of another Falkirk vet we moved all our pets to Apex and I’m so glad we did. Our other cat has now been diagnosed with a liver condition not picked up by our previous vet either and is going to get surgery to correct the issue soon. They have been outstanding and the care and attention they have shown to us and our beloved pets has been second to none. I feel our pets are truly safe in their hands. Truly can’t thank them enough for their service!
