I’ve used Apex Vets for years now and always been brilliant service. From the vets to the reception staff… always absolutely amazing and treat my dog like their own. Always a nice experience and very accommodating in regards to appointments

From receptionists to Vets everyone is always so kind and thoughtful in helping with a sick animal. I am so glad i joined this practice because they also deliver 24/7 care. I have every confidence in the vets & nurses who deliver an excellent service.

I have two cats both very different personalities. Both have been treated by apex and both have received outstanding care. One is more temperamental for a nice way of putting it from being scared rather than nasty. The other is so placid. He has most recently had to be in overnight and all staff went above and beyond to help him and reassure me. He is still being treated but now as a day visitor and again great service. Thoroughly recommend. Would hate to think how I would of coped knowing I would have to take him further afield when he needed out of hours care. The personal touch of what's app pics and updates during his stay also helped.

By far the best vets I’ve ever been to. Sam is my cat’s vet and he’s so good with her and me!

Waited for 40 minutes before my dog was seen. My dog gets very stressed visiting the vets and was later in the evening before she calmed down. If they were running that late they could have called me & I could have delayed my visit.

Apex came as a recommendation from a friend and a neighbour as I wanted a second opinion on some issues my dog has, but I also wanted to move to an independent practice. The process to register was really smooth. We had our first visit to the surgery today and were made feel really welcome by the reception team. The waiting area was very clean as was the vets room. The vet, Kat, was friendly and thorough. I felt listened too and she explained her recommendations really well. We now have a plan to address the concerns I had for my dog (who is 8), which is a relief. Very good first impression of the practice overall.

Phoned for an emergency appointment. Receptionist professional, efficient at taking a history and friendly. Appointed same day with clear advice on what to do if any concerns inbetween times.
I moved to this Practice in
summer as unhappy with previous vet overall plus outsourcing on-call.

Excellent and vets lovely. Fabulous shop and spacious clean waiting area with separate cat area and entrance for nervous:aggressive dogs.

Both dogs in for 6 month health check new nurse who i hadnt met before was excellent really good with both dogs even got a kiss from teddy . Looked after them both well thank you .

As always, great service. Everyone friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Best vet practice. Apex is the only independent vet practice left in the Falkirk area(I think) which is one of the reasons why I changed to Apex from my previous vets who sold-out to a corporate company and are no longer independent.

Apex vets are the best. All of the staff are welcoming, helpful, always have time to help . My dog is perfectly happy going and is well looked after . Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend them

Apex ER has a caring staff. From checkin to checkout, everyone was friendly, very caring to my dog and thorough in their treatment of our pup.
The first ER we went to had a 4-6 hour wait. Although this group is fairly new the wait from start to checkout was about 2 hours

Great service - prompt appointment. Staff are friendly and helpful from reception to vet. So good with my cautious dog, gave him time and did not overwhelm him! Clear explanations and advice. Thank you again 😊

Engages well with the community through open days and providing bibs etc for the local schools, great effort

Very friendly team. Patient with our puppy today who was a bit sore. We phoned up in the morning and were seen by lunchtime.

When I adopted my neighbours cat, I adopted Apex at the same time. 2 more cats later I’m still with Apex, where my brood are well looked after. Not the closest vet practice to me, but wouldn’t ever consider moving practice.

Vet Callum is always amazing to deal with. Lorraine at reception always remembers you and the pet also so feels like a personal experience. Both staff are amazing to deal with, have been with apex for over a decade with all my pets never had a bad experience.
