A Perfect Nomad Arvostelua 

We had an issue with a garment we purchased ages ago in the hope A Perfect Nomad could help. As the garment was last years there wasn’t anything they could do to help. They offered us a credit note against any garments we might order in the future which we did. The item was considerably more than the credit note. Customer service waiverd the extra cost and posted the item to us within a couple of days. A Perfect Nomad went way beyond our expectations what an excellent company to deal with and we will certainly be ordering from them in the further. BRAVO 👏👏👏

I bought a bikini without knowing anything about this brand or reading Trust Pilot. I wasn't sure about sizing and had a delivery issue as I needed it sent to a place I wasn't living and someone emailed me back and sorted it all out. The bikini is great to wear and I will probably get the same in black so maybe the company changed but five stars from me and thanks for getting it to me in time for my holiday.

I love my Raw Lover Tee Coco)! The quality is super nice and sooo soft.

My order was a little bit delayed but I didn’t mind - I understand it’s a slow fashion brand and often things are made to order. A frefreshing change to mass production. Customer service were super helpful and updated me in the delay.

The dress arrived in time for my holiday and I was the only one wearing this beautiful piece - which was nice. I had 2 compliments from strangers who asked where I got the dress from.

Totally gorgeous dress. Fits beautifully and the cut is fantastic - so flattering!! The order was delayed due to flooding in India where the dress was produced but the team let me know immediately and let me know it would take a bit longer to arrive. The dress was completely worth the wait, and a small price to pay for supporting ethical slow fashion.

Ordered three weeks ago and two weeks went by before being contacted that there was a delay in my order. I replied asking for a refund and that was delayed also - now finally got a refund. I would avoid this company, the items are expensive but the service is unreliable and the customer service is terrible.

Really pleased with my purchase. Beautifully soft cotton and unique style. I love the ethos and designs of Perfect Nomad but was hesitant to order after reading some of the reviews here. I had a very positive experience. Customer service team responded swiftly to my query about delivery date. Will definitely choose an ethical brand over fast fashion again.

My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

The company failed to dispatch my order within the delivery timeframe promised on its website. Because of this delay, I knew I would no longer be available to receive the parcel and had no choice but to refuse the delivery.

I was then informed that the parcel was stuck in customs and would eventually be returned to the company. However, I have now gone more than a 1.5months without any update on where the parcel actually is or when my refund will be processed.

It has been almost two months, and I am still waiting for my €200 refund.

My emails are repeatedly ignored, and when I do receive a response, it contains no useful information or timeline. I am simply expected to keep waiting while the company holds my money.

At this point, I have honestly lost confidence that I will ever get my money back. After almost two months of waiting, no meaningful updates, and almost no communication, it is becoming increasingly difficult to believe that this issue will ever be resolved.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. A company should honor its promised shipping times, communicate honestly with customers, and process refunds within a reasonable time.

I purchased the Orange and White Yin Yang Shirt Dress from A Perfect Nomad through a third party retailer. At £280, I expected both the quality of the garment and the customer service to reflect the brand's claims of ethical, contemporary luxury.

I bought the dress some time ago and had been saving it for a special occasion because it was such a beautiful and expensive piece. Around six weeks ago, I wore it for the first and only time. Afterwards, I followed the care instructions exactly as stated on the label and hand washed it in cold water. To my shock, the orange dye completely bled into the white side of the dress, leaving it ruined after just one wear.

I contacted A Perfect Nomad as soon as this happened. To begin with, they were apologetic and confirmed in writing that they would refund me the full £280. They asked me to email my bank details, which I did immediately.

After hearing nothing, I contacted them again through their online chat. I was told the refund would be paid into my account on Monday. That was several weeks ago and no refund has arrived.

Since then, I have had to chase them repeatedly for an update. I find it incredibly frustrating that I have had to spend weeks pursuing a refund that the company had already agreed to pay. This is not the level of service I would expect from a brand positioning itself as an ethical luxury label.

What disappoints me most is not only the fault with the dress, but the lack of follow through. If a company promises a refund, it should honour that promise without customers having to repeatedly ask for what they have already been told they are entitled to.

After reading other reviews, I was concerned to see that similar experiences have been shared by other customers. Based on my own experience, I cannot say that the customer service reflects the values the brand promotes.

I genuinely wanted to support an independent ethical brand, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope A Perfect Nomad honours the refund they promised, but until that happens, I would not feel confident recommending them to others.

Thank you for your response, but it still fails to address the core issue.

My refund was agreed **in writing** three weeks ago. By now, the refund should already have reached my account, particularly as you told me a week ago that it would be processed on Monday. That has come and gone, yet I have received neither the refund nor any explanation for why it has not been completed.

Whether the purchase was made through a third-party retailer is irrelevant at this stage. You agreed to issue the refund, so the responsibility now lies with you to honour that commitment. If there were delays or complications, these should have been communicated proactively rather than leaving me to chase repeatedly for updates.

What I find particularly disappointing is that my emails have gone unanswered, and attempts to contact you through your website have been ignored. Yet you have responded publicly on Trustpilot. That gives the impression that responding to public reviews is a higher priority than communicating with customers directly.

Asking for my "patience and understanding" after three weeks of delays and broken promises comes across as patronising. Clear communication and following through on the commitments you have already made would have prevented this situation entirely.

At this stage, I expect the refund you agreed to issue, along with a clear explanation for why the promised payment has still not been made.

Wow what a dress! Just received my beautiful Bora Bora dress in black and I am absolutely over the moon with it. It's my first piece from A Perfect Nomad and it definitely wont be my last. I love the philosophy behind the brand and the beautiful organic yet luxury fabrics, as a vegan I am always looking for other ways to be kind to our planet and enjoy supporting brands that are actively in the same pursuit. Fashionable yet ethical is difficult to find in the luxury market so finding this brand has been an absolute win, cant wait to order my next piece.

Worth every day of the wait. I love that A Perfect Nomad embraces slow fashion rather than fast fashion. My dress was on pre-order, but knowing it was being made thoughtfully made the wait feel worthwhile. The quality is incredible, the fit is so effortless, and it’s one of those timeless pieces I’ll wear for years to come.

The customer service is top notch- I accidentally made a mistake with my address and the helpful lady on customer service arranged a quick change to make sure I got my beautiful dress in time for my birthday party. very responsive and helpful. I bought the Silk Syros and it’s absolutely amazing, the fabric feels incredibly soft and luxurious, it gives a sophisticated look. The colour is eye-catching and it makes it perfect for special occasions as I needed. The fit is very comfortable if you like feeling lightweight and not restrictive but still feminine and elegant! Highly recommended! ❤️

I bought the Bella dress for my wedding. Ordered on a Saturday & it arrived within 5 days.
I nearly didn’t buy it because the reviews are really bad on here but I loved the dress so decided to risk it & I'm glad I did. The dress is gorgeous it’s nicely made although even an XS is big (I’m a size 8). I wore an underskirt as it’s slightly see through & boob tape to hold the v neck against my skin

I brought the beautiful syros dress. Being a tall girl sadly it was slightly too short for me. I contacted the customer service who were fantastic at getting back to me quickly. As I love the fabrics from this company they offered me the option to swap the dress for something that would be longer. I swapped it for a lace skirt which I love!!! Thanks so much for all your help and great customer service!!

Absolutely shocking experience with A Perfect Nomad.

I placed an order on April 10th for a dress costing over €425 and paid extra €18 for next day dispatch. Today is May 20th and I still do not have my order.

Over the past 5+ weeks I’ve had to send endless emails just to chase information about a purchase that was fully paid for from day one. First the company shipped the parcel from the wrong country due to their “system error,” then it got stuck in customs, then I was told to refuse delivery, and ever since then I’ve been stuck in an exhausting loop of delays, excuses, and operational mistakes entirely caused by their side.

What is most disappointing is that this brand positions itself as luxury, yet the customer service experience has been one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. When someone spends this amount of money on a single item, they expect professionalism, efficiency, and basic respect for the customer’s time.

Instead, I’ve spent more than a month acting like a customer service manager for my own order.

Completely unacceptable experience. I would strongly reconsider ordering from this company unless you are prepared for serious delays and extremely poor handling when problems arise.
