they resolved my issue without difficulty. I love everything about this set except the chairs have a metal squeak with the rocking motion. I have used silicone spray which helps silence it but the squeak returns. I gifted my son the same chairs and his are quiet. The rocking motion is very smooth. One of the legs of the chair is 1/2" shorter than the others but I just put something under the short leg. One of the cross braces broke easily at the welded joint but the company replaced the part and it worked well. The brown color is just right. The height of the seat works very well for me, a shorter woman, but my husband sits comfortably also. The table is sturdy. This set works very well for my patio and I would buy it again. I will continue to try to find a solution to the squeak.

We are glad you enjoyed your experience with the overall design, height, color, and stability of the outdoor dining set, and we appreciate your generous five-star rating. We are happy to hear that our support team was able to assist you efficiently with the prompt replacement of the broken brace component. It is wonderful to know the set fits so nicely on your patio and that both you and your husband find the seat height comfortable.
We acknowledge your concerns regarding the persistent noise coming from the rocking mechanism as well as the slight unevenness in one of the legs. While we are pleased to know that your son's matching set functions silently, we want every item to meet that same standard of quality out of the box. We will share your detailed feedback regarding the welded joints, frame balance, and moving parts with our product quality control team so we can continue refining our manufacturing processes. Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your thoughtful observations with us.

Great House for my Young Sulcatas.
I'm using it as an outside/inside winter home for my two two-year-old sulcata tortoises. I put it on a large warming floor that will keep the sulcatas cozy and during the colder rainy season I'll wrap it up in a blanket and tarp. Plus, it's small and light enough that if it gets real chilly I can easily pick it up and put it in my house. I only wish it had a door for them to go in and out of it during nice weather, I'll add that. Please note that this structure is not insulated.
Also, delivery was fast.
