AOP+ Arvostelua 86

I have used AOP+ for nearly four years and I love their quality. It's usually excellent. Unfortunately their customer service has fallen dramatically over the last year or two. So much so that after the latest incident, I have reluctantly removed all AOP+ products from my store. I just cannot trust it anymore.
In my case, a customer ordered a product on 14th April. After it didn't ship on time, I queried it to be told they'd had a problem with their machines and there would be a delay. Note, I had to chase this.
Then, they gave me a tracking number on the 24th and (after checking again) confirmation that it had actually shipped on the 27th. Only for the tracking number to be unrecognised by Royal Mail forever after that.
14 working days after ordering (their SLA is supposed to be 2-5 days), I had to give the customer a refund.
To be frank, I do not believe this product was ever made and shipped and I feel that I was gaslit by the company.
I did get a refund from AOP (first to the AOP wallet but then to my bank account upon request).
I am sorry to have to remove all my AOP+ products from my store but I just cannot trust this company to deliver on time (or at all) anymore. I wouldn't normally leave a review but I believe new customers should be forewarned.

They took the customers money and never shipped the products. It's been 18 days and they don't acknowledge their mistakes.
Mareeya if its her real name is answering very 2 days with lots of excuses without even having shipped the order yet today.
There is no possible way to raise a complaint.
DON'T USE THEY they are a scam
Even shopify is now warning that the app is has issues. It's not legit

Great merchandise but it’s not user friendly when designing. Also doesn’t say how long the products take to arrive

Worst website design I have ever seen. I'd like to order something, but their design interface makes NO sense. I emailed support about this, they respond by sending me a video showing a person using an app to design... and app that is NOWHERE on the site. COMPLETE MORONS!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Keep claiming to have shipped my items but no one has recieved anything leaving me out of pocket with angry customers and lost money due to AOP+. Do not use.

I have issues with mock up pictures coming through with dark backgrounds on some pictures on some items. I do not have this problem with any other supplier and I use a significant number. The response from customer service was that they did not know why it was happening and it was not something they had encountered before and they could not help me.

Good products, service bad.

I have really tried to make AOP a part of my POD suppliers and in face of it they have some good products. But the service and reliability is a major let down.

I appreciate businesses get busy but it became too often that parcels are sent out late, no Comms unless promoted.

Also the system- it needs resolved. Updating items often comes with errors at publishing and no resolution other than aborting and retrying again and hope for the best. No features for adding text or making an image a pattern, it's a real clunky let down.

I was keen to make all my business from a UK printer but it seems to be at a cost that I can't afford to make a reliable business.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Thanks to these useless pod suppliers I have had my Etsy store shut down. I was away and unable to use internet and I have come back to see they haven’t sent out any orders and my Etsy account has been closed. Please avoid at all costs and use other pod suppliers instead.

it is good as you did provide feedback on my concerns quite quickly. it is perfect if our products are more various.

We were very disappointed when we received the AOP shirts we purchased for our grandchildren. They had huge non printed spots that were jagged so it looked like someone took scissors to the shirt and cut it up. Upon requesting a refund or reprint they sent us an article (which we had never seen or knew how to find) about their AOP shirts showing several other shirts with same issue, claiming it was the nature of All over print shirts. Not True by the way we purchased one with another company at the same time which had arrived a week earlier than these did. It was perfectly fine! No refund, nothing else, just a it's your fault you didn't see this article we had hidden someplace type of answer.

Customer service is amazing. 4 stars because I feel that products could be priced slightly better, and production times could be faster.

I’m an artist and consider AOP my primary printing partner for a range of quality products. I 100% recommend them and this is because of (in no particular order):
1. Reliability
2. Quality of printing, both DTG and Sublimation
3. Quality and range of products
4. Reasonable prices
5. Great customer service
6. Express production and shipping service
7. Integration with Etsy
8. Friendliness and support from Uyghur, the boss.
9. The AOP online app interface.

Recently, I needed to rush an order through for my exhibition and some flags for a colleague’s conference, AOP got it all made and sent to me by special delivery in 7 days! Thank you, Uyghur and all the team!

I am still waiting now a month for my order to ship

To be honest this a company worth working with. I had great reviews.

They have good quality products, although some can be improved e.g. white T shirt materials.

Overall very good partners/supliers with very good customer service.
