AO Arvostelua 

Bought a new washing machine and paid the £50 extra for removal of old washing machine, installation of new machine and disposal of all rubbish. Wish I hadn't, complete waste of money.
Two very young lads, clearly under pressure with work load, clearly had very little time to spend providing the service I had paid for and limited knowledge. One came in, looked under the sink "yep, we can do that" then he went out to the lorry and the other came in "fiddled around under the sink for a few minutes then said"sorry we can't do this job" I asked why and he said the jubilee clip around your waste pipe is snapped and we can't remove it. I looked at it, it wasn't snapped at all, but noticed he was trying to loosed the large screw with a tiny screwdriver. I got him a large screwdriver and it was undone. Then, failing to turn off the water supply correctly they flooded my kitchen floor with water, went outside and were mucking about. Then I saw them running with my new unpacked machine. My heart in my mouth praying they don't drop it. They put the new machine in, fail to level it, fail to properly test it, just switch it on and video water going into the powder drawer for a few seconds. Then leave. I go to put all my things back in the cupboard under the sink and there is water everywhere, the sink plumbing hasn't been fitted back properly and my jubilee clip to hold the waste pipe is nowhere to be found. So I have to go to the hardware shop to buy another clip and spend the rest of the afternoon re- doing the plumbing and clearing up the mess and then running the machine and levelling it. Then picking up all the pieces of broken polystyrene left out on the road. I received a survey text via my mobile but no follow up by customer services to enquire re my disappointment. Taken my money and totally no interest that they failed to deliver the service I paid for. Would never recommend paying for installation or removal by this team.

Well where to start already had a bad experience with these guys due to a delivery and rated excatly the same as this review, from this incident was given free delivery and installation and everything for free as to get me change to a newer review,

Conor the guy I spoke to was useless asked me why I was purchasing this and said ad the fridge freezer had bought from them now didn’t meet requirements for my family so needed a extra one then get on to delivery where I bring up the previous about free next day delivery he said do I as nothing is noted on my account and then asked me when I purchased items from there how I am meant to remember working full time and being a mum to 4 children and seen as not on the system as I say how can u not see my previous orders
Didn’t take the insurance due to having to use domestic and general and what a hassle they are don’t give like for like at all no communication to the customer the customer journey with them is terrible pass u all round the houses and then get given something as a replacement and not what I would purchase and not even a choice just what they sent as was gunna send white

Næsten alle deres varer kan købes til sammen pris på nettet,, eller billigere selvom man får mellem 30 til 60 procent i rabat... og tænk at nogen kan få sig selv til at tage 104 kr + moms for en pose kaffe med 500g i 🙄

Kommer ind i AO Ringsted ,går rundt og leder men finder det ikke henvender mig til skranken hvor to modne herre snakker med hinanden ( privat) henvender sig overhovedet ikke til mig venter ca 5 min ,går derefter ud af butikken uden de reagere.Jeg var dybt rystet

This adds to my earlier review of a Beko dishwasher ordered from AO. The layout of the trays/baskets is bad. Cannot put in our longish wine glasses - they will have to be washed by hand. Ouch. Will not fit in the top tray, and the bottom tray is only suitable for plates etc.
I paid an additional fee for the removal of the existing dishwasher. The 2 man team refused to take the decor door of the machine. Said it was not metal and they only recycle metal. Also left behind the baskets of the old machine. So a trip to the council tip will be needed even though I had paid £20 for removal.
So far the machine is very quiet. Which and other reviewers had complained it was noisy. Not so for me.

No stars if a possibility, despite being told we have been sent a refund by Becky on the On buy site , we have not . I’m appalled at this situation. Please please simply refund the money owed as you know the faulty appliance was collected on the 7th December.

Har dags dato skulle handle i AO.
Ventetiden på levering fra lager til skranke er nu oppe på 45 min.
Det er overhovedet ikke iorden for et manometer.
Mangel på personale kan ikke være undskyldning da de var 3 bag skranken.

Recently I had an AO Engineer (Demetrius) 28th Nov 2022 come to our Home to replace old built in AEG washing machine with a new AEG one,arranged via Domestic and General. The comms of delivery, time and tracking was very good and Demetrius did an excellent job, carefully removing old one and replacing, re-adjusting, reconnecting, and installing and testing new one.

Very pleased with Engineer and AO services and Domestic and General. Thank you.

Ordered a tumble dryer due for delivery yesterday. Checked tracking and kept saying it would be delivered by 10pm. Eventually managed to speak to delivery service who said delivery was cancelled. Tried getting through to AO to confirm but no reply. Spoke to them today and it’s rescheduled for tomorrow between 0800 and 2200 ? Seriously if it was due yesterday then why not deliver it today? I’ve taken a whole day off work for nothing

Vi er fast kunde hos AO, men at ændre måden de sender faktura til os på efter vi er overgået til E-komplet er dem total LIGEGYLDIGT !! Sendt dem 3 mails og ringet til dem 3 gange. De er maksimal inkompetente og forstår INGENTING !! Undskylder med de har travlt i IT, men har skrevet til dem langtid før og efter vi er overgået. Det her er latterligt og ubegribeligt ringe service ! .. Solar og LEMU var intet problem

Lavet fejl i leveringsdatoer flere gange og man kører forgæves for blot at finde ud af, at tingene slet ikke er leveret og noget endda er i restordre.

Vil du have dine varer til tiden og tydelig kommunikation fra din leverandør så vælg en anden.

Skræmmende tændstikmænd. Jeg returnerede et produkt, og det blev trukket fra prisen, bare fordi jeg gav det tilbage. Jeg har en konto i andre butikker i mange år og er aldrig stødt på det. Det betyder kun penge, penge og hvordan man malker kunden, uanset at produkterne er af dårlig kvalitet

Har lige sammenlignet deres priser på en varekurv med en online lavpris forhandler, og AO er over 200% dyrere på nogle produkter. Konto eller ej jeg handler hos de billige online vvs grossister, de er alt for dyre for en lille virksomhed som min. Nok mere til de store virksomheder med de store ordre og større rabatter.

Each time I've bought products they've been delivered, fitted and have taken old appliances to be safely recycled with great ease and good customer service, even (because of present circumstances) wearing face masks when asked the fitters kindly obliged. Very helpful, polite, friendly and respectful so a definite positive experience. Highly recommended.

Det går vel så dårligt at de ikke har råd til at ansætte personale til at modtage ordre.
Find et andet sted at handle.

Har kun kunne opleve rigtig god service og hjælpsomhed i deres butik hvor jeg har været mange gange.

Easy to use website, easy to book deliveries, turned up on time, installed the equipment, what more do you need

Not that impressed delivered a TV it was broken when unpacked. Easy thing to have happened, if there was poor storage in the warehouse, the screen had clearly had a heavy weight on it. No issues about the customer service to report fault and then to get a replacement this was all fine. Challenge was on getting the replacement item back to us. Two failed deliveries and then a list of excuses. Overall spoiled the experience and should not have been like this. We were compensated for the issues, so it was good that there was recognition that this was not how they would normally operate.

Dårlig service og varen kan købes billigere ved deres ejet firma billigvvs.
Der bliver sagt de ringer tilbage, men har ringet op til 4 gange uden der sker noget, får bare at vide der er en som vil kontakte dig.
Jeg taler med en medarbejder hvor jeg forklare, at jeg synes deres priser er for høje, hvor han siger der er jo ikke noget som er sort og hvidt, men så siger jeg at jeg har fået en pris fra billigvvs og de er næste 5000 kr. billigere på et køb for 35.000 kr. det fejer han af vejen og så nævner jeg at jeg kan tilbage levere materialet da jeg ikke har brugt det endnu.
Så svare han det er du velkommen til det koster bare 25% af prisen.
