Anthony Quirk and Co Estate Agents Arvostelua

Hard working team who sold our bungalow in 3 weeks and Lenny pushed the paperwork through so completed in 12 weeks highly recommended

I can’t big these guys up enough they are amazing! We had a bad experience a few years ago no fault of Anthony Quirk at all but this time they were our only choice! Chris and Lenny were our reason for going back to Anthony Quirk and Zoe and Ryan along with Chris & Lenny have made this time round better! These guys are literally on call 24/7 and our only choice would be these guys again!

Lenny & Chris were so helpful & attentive to all our needs.

We sold & bought our home through Anthony Quirks.

Lenny was our head sales progression manage who was available everyday! Very professional and polite. A joy to communicate with!

Thank you!

Anthony quirks worked so hard to get our sale finalised. Thanks for all your help making our move go through smoothly.

We brought through Anthony Quirks and I cannot recommend them enough! Lenny was an absolute blessing from start to finish, always available to talk to and made the whole process so much easier! Amazing service ⭐️

Lenny Fitzsimons is the gold standard of Senior Sales Progressors. Always quick to respond and react. Even though I know she is dealing with a number of properties being sold but I never once had the feeling that she didn’t give me her undivided attention when needed. Also she was not afraid to dedicate her time and resources to bug and stay on top of our solicitor if needed. Next time I find myself selling or buying a property I know who to call (and it’s not Ghost Busters). Thanks Lenny.

Very helpful staff. Always answer messages and emails promptly and are polite, cheerful and friendly. Really professional from the first contact through the sale process to completion. Went over and above to help me out as I wasn't living close to the property and had to arrange for a few contractors to do some work before sale. Highly recommended!

We have just sold our house in Rayleigh with Chris. Had multiple dealings with this team over the years and I can’t fault them at all. Honest, professional and great people. They had a plan right from the off and helped us get past a real snag we hit with a survey issue.
Keep up the great work guys.

I’m really pleased with Amy who has helped me with the negotiation of the property I purchased. Amy has had a polite approach and I’ve had a prompt reply to emails and calls.

Brilliant service right from the start can’t fault Chris at all so helpful and informative thanks so much for all your help :)

Within two weeks of our house going on sale we got our desired offer price.
The guys at Anthony Quirk have been amazing, they are open and honest and keep in touch with all updates, I have to give special thanks to Amy who has just been amazing throughout. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for people who are easy to deal with and put you at ease. Thanks again!!

From start to finish these guys have excelled any expectation I had. I wholeheartedly trust these people & I wouldn’t ever use anyone else. They have guided me, supported me, helped me so much & have always been so honest & upfront. I couldn’t be more grateful for you thank you for everything!

Can’t fault these guys at all. Always on the ball and put you first

Absolutely fantastic Estate Agents who went above and beyond with helping solve many issues during the process leading up to exchange especially Lenny who kept us up to date with daily phone calls. Thank you once again! Would highly recommend.

Nothing but good things to say about Anthony Quirks and the team. Really friendly, down to earth without the OTT sales pitch some agents give. Very helpful would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I’ve just completed on our house sale with AQ acting as our agents. Highly recommend! They were honest and delivered great service throughout. We had a big issue when completing (not due to AQ) however they continued to keep contact with me the whole time, sending me updates and trying to reassure me as much as possible. Thank you for making a stressful process easier. Would definitely recommend.

Within a week of being registered with Antony Quirk we have viewed, sold and are now in the processing of buying a property through them. Absolutely amazing. We can honestly say from day one the organisation, helpfulness and professional approach this lovely team have are outstanding. They take time to listen and we feel that's an important part of the process. We chose our Mortgage Broker and Solicitor through Antony Quirk too who were in touch as soon as instructed. Very helpful and professional too. Thank you so much to all the team.
