From the bottom of my broken heart I cannot thank this incredible charity and the Vets in Telford enough for their service. Without your help and understanding I wouldn’t have been able to help my little bunny boy Theo with the pain he was in. It was a journey I knew I’d be making without him after the visit. My vet was beyond amazing, she was kind and caring and wanted the best for my boy as did I. All the staff were friendly, considerate, kind and respectful. Once I’m back in full time employment I will be making a contribution, indefinitely. I wish I had known about this charity sooner. Thank you again and I will be in contact tomorrow

We took Beethoven to be checked over at animal trust Teesside and the vet we saw was very helpful, she checked him over done a full examination and explained everything that she was doing and what was wrong with him. I would highly recommend animal trust Teesside.

The staff were excellent they put you at ease as soon as you entered the building.

The vets here are very understanding helpful and informative they do not push unnecessary treatments just to to make a profit and they do not charge a consultation fee which then can go towards any treatment needed by your pet

I was new to the animal trust but everybody was friendly and explained everything to me upon meeting the vet Mary she was lovely made myself and my Rotty feel at ease being able to book online is a big bonus for me as I have to work around my wife who is disabled big thumbs up from me

Many thanks to everyone at Animal trust Shrewsbury. We took our dog for surgery on his leg. We were talked in depth through the procedure with a very knowledgeable surgeon. The procedure went well and we were kept up to date with our dogs recovery overnight. The instructions for his discharge were printed and clear. I can thoroughly recommend this great service.

I’ve had pets my entire life and Animal Trust Ibrox Glasgow is by far the best Veterinary practice ever! All of the staff are so very kind, the office itself is warm & welcoming and I actually feel blessed to have found this practice for our kitten! Thank you for everything!

I can honestly i was more than impressed with this dog trust,after my little dog had an accident ,they were truthful and helpful every step of the way

Absolutely the worst vets. After paying over £800 no diagnosis was given sent my dog home just as poorly needing veterinary attention else where. He was covered in urine said they couldn’t toilet him because he was anxious for two days or that he wouldn’t eat for the two days either so they were unable to feed him. I rang for updates wouldn’t give me any it took over 14hrs for a response of how my poor dog was doing after sedation and tests and sent him home as poorly as he went in, if not worse after the trauma they put him through. No vet had a consultation with me when collecting my pet to go through meds what to do next or what exactly I had paid all that money for I got rude reception staff and actually an incredible nice young nurse. Not to mentioned they wouldn’t give me a prescription for meds unless I paid £27 for each item and said they couldn’t put both items on the same prescription so it would of been £54 for a paper prescription or pay £67 for the meds there and then which they didn’t disclose what meds. only to realise when I got home it’s actually children’s liquid paracetamol and two tablets to regain his appetite for £67. These meds are not more than £4 in boots. This is extortionate at best. which they then wouldn’t refund after I left and realised even though the products were still sealed and untouched. . These are not affordable vets they are con artists. I was swore at by staff in front of awaiting room full of people and told to f off this was by Carly Wilson (receptionist) although questionable then she proceeded to have a breakdown and storm off into the back also in front of customers having what I can only describe as a temper tantrum or breakdown it was very child like behaviour. if she/they are treating customers in that manner lord knows how they are treating our pets . Far from professional and incredibly embarrassing when your a grown woman. I’d say Absolutely avoid they don’t care for your pets they exploit people with vulnerable poorly pets. No transparency no care or compassion they only want your money. My poor dog is now booked in another vets who couldn’t believe that I had paid ans the amount for no answers and how we were treated. £38 for a bottle of children’s paracetamol is exploiting people. You should all be ashamed.

We visited animal trust out of hours this morning in ellsmere port friday 3rd april in the morning with our very sick dog, the lady on the desk deserves a medal the way she was when she seen how distraught i was. I so upset and having a panic and she came around and hugged me and it was the most loveliest thing someone could do and I especially needed it x I did lose my lottie dog but she was so looked after and the vets tried everything they could and kept me updated . I thank them for making her comfortable and having respect for us and her i wouldnt go anywere else now xxlisa

Brilliant service, the building is beautiful, feels like a VIP service for my dog with a budget price. Highly recommend..

Booked an appointment easily online,had reminders of date and time by email.only down side was disabled parking,i have to be able to fully open my door and their is only 2 places.signed in easily and appointment was on time.lovely helpful staff,clean waiting area with lots of seats.all good.

Excellent vet practice. The surgery has great access with plenty of parking. Appointments are easy to book with really good opening hours. The staff are very good and always take time to explain treatment. Very happy with our branch in Rhyl and would recommend.

My little Dog had a cyst on his side, took him to our local vet who couldn’t help him as they are not a 24 hour service. As he was in a lot of pain and anti biotics and pain killers did not work, I wanted our vet to lance it. Whilst in Spain last year we had a friend with the same and it was lanced and treated with antibiotics at a cost of €32 ( less than £30). My vet rang Animal trust to see if they could help and they quoted me £750 to do imaging, I don’t know if it was an habacios cyst or not, but after the imaging if they needed to lance and drain it they told me £3000 plus.
In the old days before these money grabbing companies got on board, it would have been a quick lance and see how it went and then take it from there. He had had this lump for 7 years with no ill effect, and it looks like it became infected after some one picked him up and pressed on the lump.
Now I feel these vets never gave him the care or consideration he deserved, all we wanted was a chance as he was a fit 11 year old, but No they just wanted ridiculous amounts of money to satisfy there share holder pay masters. No interest in the dogs welfare what so ever.
Vets and insurance companies are the worst buisnesses in the UK and I will never own another dog because I don’t want to be involved with the greedy UK vet industry. The government are starting to clamp down on these companies with a cap on the drug prices as they are milking everyone they can.

Friendly staff, fair pricing, and a spotlessly clean environment. In an industry largely dominated by a few big corporations, Animal Trust stands out. As a Community Interest Company, they operate differently from most vets - and in a way that truly benefits pet owners. Bravo!

I am not one to bother writing reviews but when are Owen vet which is now part of a well known equity company sugest wee should take are very ill old dog to Animal trust as the care will be a lot better and bills will be a lot more reasonable That speaks volumes.
Dog was admitted to trust 48 hrs package not expecting to see her again 48 hrs later it walks out after being on all sorts of drips bold as brass EXCELLENT job at a price but a dam site cheaper than are own vet friendly and informative staff many thanks Pete

What a fantastic experience we had tonight at The Animal Trust in Teeside. The staff were amazing and put use at ease instantly. They took their time to examine our dog and gave us several options for treatment, there was no hard sell, just reassurance that when we were ready they could help.

My dog attends Animal trust every month for his vaccinations, The staff are pleasant, friendly and compassionate. The surgery is clean and bright. The monthly health plan is really good, I would recommend this trust.
