Expensive and mediocre customer service
Ordered earrings worth 90 euro's and received the pair with one of the clasps opening up whenever I wore them. When this resulted in losing a part of the earring because the clasp had opened, customer service responded shortly and did not give me any explanation as of why this did not fall under the warranty. I expected better service (and a better product) for this amount of money.

Great customer support experience
Ordered earrings from the Ania Haie webshop - they came quickly and though the first pair I received were faulty, customer support were very responsive and promptly sent me a replacement pair. So happy with them and the earrings are so lovely. Thank you!
