We have a 50 year old Anglepoise. We noticed 2 small nuts had disappeared leaving the bolts liable to disappearing and the lamp structure failing. Anglepoise spent some time searching the relevant drawings in their archive for information and then managed to find the correct nuts. All this for £6. Excellent service.

Great product, great customer service.
I already knew how good the product (Model 75) was, as I've had mine for over 50 years and decided it was time for a rewire. The way they handled the in house service was excellent - the customer support team were friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any queries, and all aspects of the service were done to a high standard, including provision of suitable packaging and handling all aspects of collection and delivery.

An all-round excellent company
I was extremely impressed by all aspects of my Anglepoise purchase. The lights are of the highest quality and look elegant; delivery was very quick and the lights were packed securely in recyclable packaging; communication throughout was excellent. Most of all, though, was the outstanding customer service I received from Gwyn. He sorted out an issue immediately. Gwyn is a fantastic ambassador for the Anglepoise company. This level of customer service gave me complete confidence in the company and I would definitely buy from them again.

Service beyond what was expected.
I had faulty inline switch on a lamp that was out of warranty.
After initial contact with Anglepoise, I was asked to return it. The switch was replaced and the lamp returned.
Throughout the process (shipping, repair, shipping) communication was excellent.

Really helpful and patient
Really helpful, friendly and patient online chat. Have used this service twice, messaging with the same person who remembered me. This level of customer service is so rare now it was a pleasure to get precise answers so quickly. Anglepoise are a marvellous company, and the replacement parts for older lamps are well worth using. A transcript of the chat is emailed afterwards too.

I needed a new lamp base for my 1227…
I needed a new lamp base for my 1227 Mini Desk Lamp. The old one was dropped on the floor and became dented. I was able to order a replacement from Anglepoise directly.
