Hair extensions
I’m very happy with the delivery of my order, arrived a day later and the hair feels absolutely amazing. I have since custom coloured the hair for my client and the quality is still amazing, I’d like to highlights their customer service though because they are excellent and help you out with any enquiries you may have.
They’re quick in responding and do their best to help you out with any issues.
I would definitely recommend them, they seem like a company that care about their products and about their customers

Hello Megan, you did not adhere to our terms and conditions, the hair had been toned or silver shampooed, this is what has caused the issue with your hair. It's still visible in the
keratin within the bonds, as you will see via our terms and conditions the factory will not accept returns when the issue has been caused by yourself and definitely hair that has been in contact with colour or toner.

Hair is definitely not double drawn and not the colour I wanted I have many double drawn hair extensions and this was very thin and not nice hair at all

Hello Khloe, The hair you ordered was a 50g 22/24" so you have the same weight stretched over a longer length than say the 18/20" so I can see how this has made you think it's thin. This is why you always have to purchase more with the longer lengths. Double Drawn actually refers to the hair being the same thickness from root to tip which our hair is.
If you were actually unhappy we offer a 14 day return/exchange, but you haven't contacted us to discuss anything?
