Barbie hair at best, only in head less than 3 weeks had half of it taken out due to it irritating me it a was a like a bog brush brush sticking into my scalp were the welft was folded over, continuous matting and lugging, sent back 4 weeks ago to be told nothing will be done, dispute bringing to your attention before my warranty ran out, will never recommend your Hair only to the manufacturers of Barbie thank you bye.

The situation was bought to your attention on the 17th of August and the hair had only been in less than 3 weeks, a video was sent to you with evidence on how bad the The lugging was, the hair was taken out just after this and returned definitely not 6 weeks, the hair was in my head for just 3 weeks I couldn’t handle the sheer poor quality and constant lugging & shedding, around 5 hairdressers that are my clients even commented how bad the hair was, surly hair at 3 weeks old should not be like that, I only use hair extension safe
Products. Never had
this problem before when I use prestige hair extensions, that were used for over a year they are by far better quality than your brand

Hiya I recently purchased your 22inch double drawn weft for a client's hair, she has come back saying the hair is extremely matted and shedding horrendously I feel awful as she has spent alot of money and previously used beauty works hair I suggested she gets your brand as I have never had this problem before. I will send you pics / videos. She has asked for them to be removed I was wondering if you had changed supplier or if there is anything that can be done. She has worn extensions for years so I have checked the products she's using and all are fine.

Hair was fitted 22nd, 1 row taken out 1week after, 2 weeks after the the rest taken out and sent back, not several weeks..

The delivery was excellent.However there are a lot of products out of stock i have got a fitting booked for 20th sept which if they havent come in by then the appointment will have to be cancelled.Not good business

Extremely disappointed with both the quality of the hair and the customer service.

The hair started shedding, matting and tangling after only around a month. It honestly feels like very cheap extensions – comparable to the quality you’d expect from SHEIN – and deteriorated incredibly quickly. For the price paid, I expected premium hair that would last far longer than this.

Even the hairdresser who fitted the extensions commented on the quality. He said the only positive was that they were initially thicker than some other brands, but that the quality itself wasn’t good. He even said I’d have to “choose my battles” because of the thickness, but that doesn’t even matter now because the constant shedding has left the hair noticeably thinner.

My hairdresser (SH) has also had an awful experience trying to deal with the company. We raised the issue as soon as the problems became obvious, but instead of trying to help, every conversation felt dismissive.

One thing I’d also like to address is that the company seems to respond to reviews by saying they “haven’t spoken to” the customer. That is simply not true in my case. You did speak to me on the phone. However, you refused to deal with me directly because you said you would only deal with my hairdresser (SH). Please don’t suggest there was no communication when there absolutely was.

Debra was particularly rude on the phone. She asked me to explain what was wrong with the hair, but as soon as I described the issues, she became defensive, repeatedly telling me she’d been in the industry for 18 years and had never had a complaint. That wasn’t a professional response and did nothing to resolve the issue. The call was also ended abruptly, leaving me feeling completely dismissed.

The company only offers a 30-day warranty, which, in my opinion, says a lot. Hair extensions generally show their true quality after around a month of wear. Even very inexpensive extensions can often look acceptable for the first few weeks before problems start to appear. A premium product should be expected to perform well beyond that point, so a warranty that ends after just 30 days offers little reassurance when the issues only become fully apparent with normal use.

The hair was looked after correctly using the recommended aftercare products, yet it still became dry, matted, tangled and shed excessively after only a few weeks. A product sold as premium should not perform like this.

This is my hard-earned money that I’ve spent on what was advertised as premium hair. I simply want this company to take responsibility and reach out with a fair solution instead of dismissing my concerns. I’m still happy to resolve this professionally, but the way this has been handled so far has been incredibly disappointing. Based on both the product quality and the customer service I’ve received, I would not recommend this company.

Super easy service. I paid for delivery before 1pm the next day and received it no problems.
The quality is fantastic 100% would recommend, even my stylist was so impressed with the colour and ease foe fitting

Really helpful great service

Terrible quality. The color we needed was "out of stock due to the wars" so we ordered a different but close color and it was 100000% mixed with synthetic fibers as the ends melted together during styling, even when using all the correct products on them. Also they shed like crazy, loads of breakage, lost loads of strands over the first few weeks. They did not feel soft and natural but hard and stringy like plastic. I think they must've been running low on stock and filled with synthetics. Would like to think i just got a bad batch but this was my first and last experience with them. Took them out after 4 weeks and goin with a diff brand.

Response: My hair was ordered through my stylist so of course you wouldn't have a purchase direct from me. But because of the "no coloring" rule and we had to tone it to match my natural hair since the color we needed was "out of stock" then nothing was able to be done anyway. 100% human hair in the "main methods" meaning not all of the hair for sale is 100% human. I must've gotten one that wasnt a "main method" as they are not identified which ones on your website are main or not. Misleading, false advertising.
