I’ve rated on the basis that there was 18 count instead of 20 in my order.

Absolutely awful hair extensions ive never had such bad extentions in all my life!! Do not waste youre money, ive messsed an trying yo contact then even by email and they are totally ignoring me an i think they will wait till 30 days are up then say i cant return the hair. I had the hair in 2 days and it notted really bad its snapped awfully i paid 514 pounds for hair to snapp matt an wont brush very well! It smells like sentheic hair!! Im absolutely devastated as im a mum an just wanted a new look and i got this as the outcome! Beauty works all the way!!! This hair is awful and i wouldnt ever go back do not waste youre money people i will be posting all over socials too!

Colour was not at all what I ordered

I’ve had my hair fitted on the 23rd of may , I’ve had multiple hair brands in the past and this is by far the worst constantly matting with lots of knots no matter what I do after brushing 5 minutes later there just so many knots. Lots of hair is coming out due to this not very happy really as I feel like I’m gonna be replacing very soon

Absolutely shocking customer service, never known anything like it. I have always been a customer of angel remy, never had an issue but this time was different. I approached angel remy via instagram, as the hair I have only had in for 3 weeks feels extremely thin. Whoever was behind the instagram was rude throughout and said they would only speak with my hairdresser as she’s the one with the account who ordered the hair but if I ring and speak to a manager then maybe they’ll speak with me. Yesterday i rang and spoke to DONNA who if I remember rightly is the owner. She is the most rudest, arrogant person I have ever come across. She was making out that I’m lien about how much hair I’ve had put in and she will only speak to my hairdresser then went on to put the phone down 😂! Not once was I rude to this lady! Imagine acting this way towards your customers! Then my hairdresser rings today and because the hair isn’t ‘faulty’ as such there is nothing they can do! The hair is awfully thin when it shouldn’t be!!!!!! How is this ok???? So now I have wasted nearly £400 because you won’t even give me ‘A RETURNING CUSTOMER’ the time of day to try to rectify this. I saved up for months to buy this hair. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself DONNA, you’re a rude arrogant person!! Never ever ever again will I purchase anything from ANGEL REMY!
