ANCEL x6 اريد برنامج التشغيل لان الشاشه تعطلت وصعب اصلاحها هل هذا ممكن

Habe einen Rauchgenerator gekauft der ganze 10Minuten funktionierte habe dann reklamiert und mir wurde klar zu verstehen gegeben das die Rückgabefrist verstrichen ist obwohl Ancel 3Jahre Gewährleistung verspricht .Es wird unverschämt geantwortet .Leute kauft bei dieser Firma nichts die wollen nur euer Geld aber keine Leistung.

Although advertised as lifetime updates Ancel decided to no longer support the scanner. It will not get past a "update required" screen and so now it's piece of rubbish

Nothing more than a Scam and Selfish Company. No Support from New Zealand agent and the .com Ancel agent simply fobs you off

DO NOT BUY THIER PRODUCTS. Am still waiting for my Warranty to be sorted after 4 months. They ignore e mails and phone calls

purchased the FX2000 tablet, its just a paper weight,
absolutely no support, couldn't set it up, server error keeps coming up, tried on a few computers, still the same, also tried a few other sites to see if i could get it up and running, nothing, i purchased, a code reader that can't read codes, cause your not able to download the software to make it work!!!

Abcel nichts gutes! Mit dem AutoPhix 7110 Diagnostic Gerät Funktioniert das ABS Bluten nicht für Volvo, ist aber auf der Ancel Angebotsseite Beschrieben und die haben sogar einen ABS Block abgebildet.

Nachdem ich einen Fall bei Ebay wegen nicht Funktion Geöffnet hatte, bin ich von Ebay Gesperrt worden und ich kann Ancel nicht mehr auf Ebay Bewerten, deswegen mache ich das jetzt hier.

Jetzt warte ich auf Ancel, das die mir mein Geld durch Ebay Zurückerstatten.

Ja Ancel, Sie können gerne wissen das Ihr Gerät nicht macht, was Ihr Verspricht! Ihr habt mir ja auch auf Ebay Mitgeteilt, das ich dieses Gerät wieder Kostenlos Zurück senden kann. Die Bewertung bleibt aber Haften, weil Ihr mich sehr Enttäuscht habt!

Ich bin Überrascht, das es so viele Kunden gibt, die mit Ancel nicht Zufrieden sind.

Bought an Ancel V6 Scan tool from Amazon on 11/28/2021 that promoted "lifetime FREE updates", that I can prove existed with pictures of their own ad! This was a major selling point to me since I don't make money using this tool. I use it for personal use.

So now 2 years after purchase they are trying to force me to buy updates for $9.99 a month. I emailed them and they tried telling me that the V6 only comes with 2 years of updates despite what their ad said.

Pretty bad advertising and customer service from this company.

The AD530 needed update and registering after I got it, so I tried the website, but each time, my browser indicated the site has a Trojan on it, so I halted going to the site. I tried a related site (Ancel-Tech) which only sells products and has no way for me to register for me AD530 device. Unit sort of works but always reports update ready. Without the Update software and site, I haven't found a way to bring it up to date.

6 month old X6HD failed to switch on, seller support and manufacturer support 100% useless, eventually sourced a new tablet battery and repaired myself.

Buyer beware, expensive product with zero support !

I purchased a new Ancel X7 from Ali express as it was a few dollars cheaper than the eBay vendor and thinking that dealing directly with Ancel would provide some form of support. I was very wrong. The Scanner proved to be faulty from day one, the DPF regen which was the main reason for my purchase did not work with any BMWs whatsoever. I contacted their supposedly rapid response tech support and never got a reply. I used the machine twice after that and it died completely within 60 days of ownership. Ancel's response (After several emails) was to send me a video showing me how to replace the battery within the unit using a soldering iron. No words. Just a video. After threatening a bad review they provided an address to ship the product back to China where other reviews have told me, I will never see it nor hear from their support again. Based on my experience so far, I expect that will be entirely true so instead, I'm trashing this machine and saving my money. Ive wasted enough time and money on Ancel, TRULLY RUBISH PRODUCTS, even worse after sales service and don’t believe a word of their tech support promise, it does not exist and they don’t understand a word of English. This is one of those times you need to read a review and not ignore it because it seems to be a great deal. I fell for that as well. Spend the extra and get a reputable product, Ancel is not one of those, its a cheap Chinese rubbish product using the worst tablets available, they are so terribly slow and glitchy as a tablet, they feel like 10-year-old no brand tech out of the box. Once this occurred, I started researching and discovered this that this is a common problem with all of their tablets, I suspect they are buying rejected seconds or failed warranty tablets from their supplier for $20-$30 and selling these as a new tablet. SERIOUSLY BAD TABLETS. My colleague has a Launch brand scanner that has served him very well for years in his workshop and it cost twice what my Ancel cost, I thought I had purchased well when I saved the money but boy, I was wrong. I will now spend the extra and purchase a Launch and this will now cost me the price of a Launch plus the $500 I wasted on the Ancel garbage. Oh, and while I am here, I purchased an Ancel power probe a few years back and it died within it first few uses and I had forgot. You would think I would learn.

Tablet died second use, warranty worthless. Downloaded app to phone ok for a few months then an update was required, wouldn't connect to server and no support from ancel. Waste of money

DPF Regen not working on Cummins 6.7L 07 Dodge Ram as advertised even with updated software. POOR customer support despite feedback to engineers.
AVOID this company!

Purchased a ancel dp500 writing keys doesn’t work. Been asking for help from seller and manufacture but no help at all. Terrible customer service

Bought a brand new FX2000 and I could not get their site to download updates! Just has me doing circles and continues to 'add' a letter to my password so I can't access their site. One POS machine! Don't buy ANY of their crap products! Dave, NJ

Cheap and bad products, no costumer support. Claims to give 1 year warranty but dont bother to help. Diagnosis not working on most cars, i even fried an odb port with the vci because of cheap wiring. Never again, beware!

OBD system can connect a lot of cars. It's ok to clear errors.
But for the rest, this tool is not useful and too expensive for the job done.
- Not possible to retrieve downloaded documents (Android interface not accessible)
- Not possible to transfer diagnostic records to computer (expect report with errors)
- Not possible to test actuators

They advertise 5year warranty and when trying to register the device I've been told that the serial number is incorrect.
Contact their customer service and had no valid response to this.
A complete waste of time and unreliable.

I have used the scanner a few times and it has diagnosed the problem and rest the errors but within a two weeks the tablet broke, it is very very poor quality.
I tried to get it returned but Ancel tech weren't interested so I bought a secondhanded Huawei 10.1" tablet and installed the application on that. I installed software version 8.5 and went to upgrade to version 8.8 but I'm having a few problems with that.
It does work but the hardware quality is super poor, returns you can forget about and software a bit flaky.
