Amazing customer service. My cable that plugs in the car broke off and they rapidly sent me a replacement. Quick, helpful, and efficient. The overall dashcam works great and I highly recommend it.

Je me fais voler mon colis à Noël. Refus de remboursement! Et ils persistent! J’ai fais un signalement signal conso car achat via la plateforme AliExpress.
Dommage que je ne puisse pas publier les screen de l’application. Je vais choisir une autre marque ! Et faites pareil.

J’ai acheté dernièrement sur AliExpress une Dashcam M550 Pro.

Au regard de la vidéo de présentation sur le site, j’étais persuadé que la caméra cabine était comprise (Port 15 sur le diagramme page FR-61 du manuel).

Aujourd’hui, la Dashcam fonctionne très bien mais afin de compléter mon équipement, je souhaite acheter la caméra cabine mais je vois que sur le site AliExpress cet accessoire est indisponible ?

Malgré 2 mails transmis sur le site AZDOME, je n’ai toujours pas de réponses de leur part.
J’en déduis donc que cette société n’est pas fiable et sérieuse.
Manifestement, il n’y a pas de service client chargé d’assurer une démarche qualité.
Je suis très déçu !

Sending a different model while describing it as an upgraded version is misleading and damages customer trust. I strongly recommend updating the product photos or adding a clear notice informing buyers of any differences. As a well-established brand, maintaining transparency and accuracy in your listings is essential for preserving your reputation and customer confidence.

Helaas moet ik een ster geven. Is nul sterren waard! Camera werkt al niet sinds de aanschaf, blijft constant opnieuw opstarten. Alles al geprobeerd, reset tot zelfs na meerdere geheugenkaartjes een kaart van het eigen merk, storing blijft. De klantenservice van AZDome is ver beneden peil. Ondanks duidelijke omschrijving van de storing is hun "probleemoplossing" dat ik maar moet filmen wat er gebeurt en het filmpje opsturen. Hoe dan! Ik rij verdorie zonder bijrijder en ik moet maar gaan filmen hoe dit wanproduct elke paar minuten uitschakelt en opnieuw opstart? En een bekeuring riskeren van €430,-? Ik ben bezig met een andere camera, maar NOOIT meer een product van AZDome. Als er wat mee is hoef je niet op service te rekenen. Aan de reviews te zien ben ik niet de enige met dit probleem!

Edit: Na het plaatsen van deze review bij Amazon en Trustpilot werd er nogmaals contact opgenomen, excuses aangeboden en werd er binnen een week een nieuwe camera bezorgd. Helaas had ik al een andere gekocht. Ik zal deze installeren bij mijn echtgenote. Vooralsnog ster erbij, hopen dat deze wel feilloos werkt.

Keine Aufnahmen vom Unfall obd Adapter + 200 gb std Speicherplatz installiert.
Verschiedene Verkäufer wollen immer das gleiche vom Schaden.

Je disposais d'une M300S qui fonctionnait très bien. Du jour au lendemain je me retrouve avec un message d’erreur carte mémoire. J’ai bien évidemment acheté d’autres carte mémoire avec les recommandations d’Azdome mais rien n’y fait. Impossible de lire toutes les carte sd que j’ai acheté.

J'ai tenté de contacter AZDOME qui me réponde par des phrases types, styles IA mal paramétrée, et qui se moque complètement du client.

À ce jour, des réponses évasives , encore moins un contact téléphonique !

Je ne recommande pas cette marque surtout pour son SAV, dommage, car le produit est très sympa lorsqu'il fonctionne !

Terrible after sales service.
The dashcam has a firmware bug resulting in incorrect data being recorded. All I want is some technical help.and all they want is an order number which I cant give them as it was a present. The camera is only.6 months old
I am not after a warranty claim.or replacement just the corrected.firmware.

Der Service ist einfach katastrophal.
Ich habe eine PG 17 gekauft, leider hatte das Kabel zur Rückfahrkamera einen Wackelkontakt.
1. Kontakt, Antwort: Bitte schicken Sie ein Video.
2. Kontakt, Antwort: Wir prüfen.
3. Kontakt, Antwort: Wir schauen nach einem Netzwerkkabel.
4. Kontakt, Antwort: Bitte bestellen und kaufen Sie ein neues Kabel, hier ist der Link.
Ich habe dann alles ausgebaut und zurückgeschickt.

Nebenbei eine Bemerkung: Das rote Kabel für die Rückfahrtscheinwerfer endet bei einer Kabelverlängerung am ersten Stecker, der sich dann natürlich nicht in der nähe der Rückfahrscheinwerfer befindet. Das Kabel muss selbst verlängert werden.

Une mise à jour du logiciel et software de l'application et de la caméra...puis plus rien ne fonctionne !

Der Service ist einfach perfekt,Hallo cabrio Fahrer,alle zwei Jahre musste ich das Kunststoff Fenster erneuern da sie blind wurden,jetzt habe ich mir die Spiegel dashcam von azdome zugelegt, und siehe da,perfekte Sicht nach hinten, trotz blindes Kunststoff Fenster, ich habe sie bei azdome direkt bei ebay gekauft, kostet nicht mal die Hälfte einer Kunststoff Folie darum kann ich es nur empfehlen

Had recieved a faulty m550 pro. Sent it back on own expense in March. Here we are almost end of April, and now my emails are bouncing looking like they took money, took camera and blocked email as well. Unpleasant and unfortunate

Bought an Azdome PG 17 in November. The hardwired kit supplied was wrong and was ordered based on the description in the add. I contacted them about this, attaching screen capture proving my case. They were very apologetic which was encouraging but this was followed by many more saying the advanced engineering team were looking in to the matter. Having done so, they refused to offer a prepaid return for the hardwire kit even having proved it was advertised as suitable for the mirrorcam. While this email exchange was in progress, I bought another Azdome PG020S-R and they delivered a Japanese version. Oddly, the box that it came in was in English and the manual cover was also in English, yet it too was in Japanese only. Again I contacted them about this and the emails of apology kept coming. Again, as before, they said they would pass this on to their advanced engineering team. They requested videos of the Mirrorcam demonstrating it was in Japanese. I did so and sent them a youtube video. Again they said they would pass it on to the advanced engineering team. Many more emails passed between us. This was not rocket science, bringing this before the advanced engineering team, it was simply a matter of providing a prepaid return for both items but they refused to do so. However, on January 30th, I got fed up with the copied and pasted apologies. It became quiet clear they were not going to resolve these two issues. Angered and frustrated by their procrastination, I decide to take the financial loss, dumped it in the trash can and moved on. I have never experienced anything like this before with anything I bought online. I am a long standing customer of Amazon over many years and had the occasion of returning items which had issues and they provided a prepaid return lable without any problem. I will keep this in mind from here on. I offer this as a true and faithful account of my experience with Azdome backed up by emails to support my review.
