Ancaster Group Arvostelua 

After a visit to the Bromley showroom today, I can but say I am disappointed in their customer service. I had an appointment booked, when I arrived no one knew who that was and it was a scramble to work out who I had been assigned to. Next they looked at my car and then went straight to figures. No test drive, just a coffee while I waited. In which the sales guy returned, and told me I would need a large deposit which went up from £5000-7000 in 10 seconds, with no paperwork provided. When I asked this, he told there was no point in printing numbers if I cannot do the deposit. Same as a test drive, this would also be pointless. When I mentioned that Land Rover had valued my car £4,000 higher than they did, he suggested I take my business there. When I decided to leave I said I could make the deposit and he asked me to sit back down- I decided this is not a place I would want to part with my money. To say the customer service was poor, would be a compliment. Thank you for the advice, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was interested in a Nissan Qashqai N-Connecta E-Power and found the spec and colour I was looking for online and then dealt personally with the Sales Manager Tom, who couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to withdraw from my purchase but if/when my circumstances change, I would have absolutely no hesitation in returning to Nissan Ancaster at Slough.

My daughter just bought a second hand Nissan juke only had a mth but has had to take it back as the clutch was loose mechanic that looked at it told them it was a loose blot on it and tighting it and was ok to drive so she asked another mechanic to look and kindly did so he than come out and found out lots of things was wrong which was not safe which was lucky as my grandson in that car to iam very angry at mechanic who looked at it first I don't think he should be working there as people's life are in there hands but the second mechanic did his job so glad he was there sorry don't know there names but asked my daughter to found out when she picks her car up the same thing happened to me

I would strongly advise anyone against buying a Hyundai. The problem is the after sales service is truly awful. If you need an in warranty repair done, prepare to wait months for an appointment. I am truly dreading a serious repair being needed, as at least I can still use the car whilst awaiting repair.
It is the same with routine servicing. It is months until you can get an appointment then when you turn up to leave your car you wait in a long queue while some pretty inept people check everyone in. If you are lucky you will get a call when the car is ready, but be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more when you collect it. I have never experienced such poor service at any other garage and in my time I have dealt with many different brands.
Avoid Hyundai. If you don't believe me just do a trial phone up to ask to book a car in... Then you will realise there is a big problem here.
My problem with the tyre pressure monitoring system, which has a fault has been going on since March. It wasn't rectified at the service. It was booked in , reset but failed again a week later... Next appointment October. Ridiculous

This is the worst customer service I have ever received.

I bought a car from them instead of a cheaper private seller for peace of mind and knowledge that if anything went wrong it could be fixed with official parts under warranty.

How wrong I was! After the gear selector broke it has taken them 11 weeks to find the part and fix the car. During this time I repeatedly called to see if they had made any progress (the car is 7 years old, it should not take this long). I asked about getting a courtesy car or some compensation but was told I could not have any, with no reason given. I mentioned it was under warranty on every call.

Today they tell me it is ready to pick up. I go to pick it up and they try to charge me! They deny I have ever said it is under warranty, and that I approved the cost of the repairs (I was never once told the cost of the repair or gave approval). So after spending another half an hour getting to the garage I have to go back home without a car again. I suppose what’s one more day when they have already been failing at their job for eleven weeks!

Avoid this place like the plague. They could literally not care less about the customers.

Rude customer service at service desk.
My car had a diagnostic check to detect a starting / chassis control fault .
A part ( relay) was replaced.
After driving home the car would not start. AA discovered a flat battery caused by an alternator that wasn’t working. AA could not understand how this could have been missed / not checked by Nissan service team.

I've been going back to Nissan in Eltham for several years for a lease car .James , has continued to go up and beyond to assist , answer any questions, takes the time to explain any queries in a kind and understanding Manor. James makes you feel confident in making a choice in model of car , with lots of information to offer . Thankyou very much James , most definitely see you in the future for next car .

I had the pleasure in being assisted by Stephen at Ancaster MG Dartford. Stephen was very knowledgeable about the hybrid cars which guided me to my purchase of MG ZS. He was not pushy and gave me room to decide. In general the whole Dartford team were friendly and warm during my three visit. Definitely recommend if you are looking to purchase your first hybrid car.

I have been dealing with the Ancaster dealership for over 5 years now and bought a latest MG S^ Trophy from them . I will never move away from them high standard of vehicles set aside , the professionalism displayed the team , Nikhil, Glen and Stan has always been exceptional. Their knowledge , and readiness to help are outstanding aspects . I am only permitted 5 Stars but they are worth more!!! Bless them

This is my fourth time using Ancaster Nissan, twice at Penge and twice at Eltham, I must say all the staff I came across are very nice. They are very respectful, I had bad experience at Penge and that's why I came to Eltham, you guys are more professional. Thanks guys.

Very helpful good service

recently purchased a Nissan X-Trail from Ancaster Eltham. Andrew Pearson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and like all the staff there very professional and friendly. We have used the dealer ship for over eight years now and recommend it.

Dominic and the team were courteous and provided honest advice without any pressure. While there was a significant delay with finance due to a system error, they communicated well and worked hard to resolve it.
