J'ai reçu deux paires de chaussures. Déjà prmière mauvaise impression; l'emballag , dans un sac grossièrement scotché, et troué. Chaussures sans boite . Odeur de produit chimique dès l'ouverture et après déballage démangeaisons visage et mains ! Les chaussures en plastiques de très mauvaise facture, rien à voir avec l’impression de qualité vendue par les photos du site. En fouillant un peu , envoi de Chine. . Produis fidèles ce que l'on dit de certaines fabrications chinoises. Bien sur je ne conseille pas du tout.

Bestilte et par bukser den 13. juni 2025, hvor de skriver til mig at jeg vil modtage varen indenfor 7-14 dage. Jeg har rykket dem flere gange og har også fået et sporingsnummer. Varen skulle være blevet sendt gennem SuperParcel. Jeg har forsøgt at spore pakken gennem SuperParcel, men kan se at de ikke har modtaget nogen pakke. Hold Jer langt væk fra dette firma. De har selvfølgelig trukket pengene den dag, jeg bestilte varen.

The material is trash, I paid 54 dollars for a sweater and pant set that was originally priced over 100 dollars combined. They didnt respond until two days after it said my package had arrived and had to go back and forth with support to only receive half assed answers.
Terrible terrible company and quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER.

This is so trash I ordered two essentials hoodie and after 1 month I received shower curtains this is so bullshit. The team is not answering just sending automated emails. Never buy something from this stupid company.

I have not received my order after a month big time scammmmmmm so annoyed don’t fall for the trap that I fell for

Ordered a hoodie and sweats December 10th, it is now January 3rd and I have not received my order and there is no delivery date and the shipment update just says in transit for a week now! Customer service just sends me automatic messages about how to track a package when I reach out to them about this issue.

Ordered two sweatshirts for my daughter around December 6th. Still nothing and it's December 29th. I wish I would have looked up this company beforehand. I emailed them and contacted my bank about this apparent scam. I asked the company for a refund and have yet to receive a response.

Waiting weeks for my order and it’s been stuck in transit for weeks (in China). Customer service gives me the run around and then stops responding.

Amora is garbage.

Canceling payment on credit card since they don’t issue refunds (which they don’t tell you until after you purchase).

Total scam. Stay away. The worst.

Do not purchase from this website. I have been waiting for my order for over a month and the only tracking information they provide says it “is in transit. Thank you for your patience” It doesn’t even show if it is in this country. Complete scam

Well unfortunately I have nothing to review, even though the company sent an email to review their product. I ordered 30 days ago and still nothing. Judging from the reviews I’ve read so far it will most likely be crap when it does actually arrive. I didn’t check reviews when I ordered. Regretting that now.

So annoyed with myself for not checking reviews for Amora Auckland first. I genuinely thought my order was coming from Auckland or at least NZ - not China and got a surprise when I realised this on seeing how long it was going to take to get to me. Product arrived today (2 weeks after purchase) and it is cheap and nasty - 100% scratchy polyester, not the “lovely breathable fabric” they describe on their website, poor fitting and feels awful on. Total waste of money and I suspect it will be difficult to get a refund. Their website is full of fake images- like the shop front that doesn’t exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

This company, if you call it that Changes names. It was last called Movenza Auckland and now is Amora selling the same sub-standard, crappy products out of China not from Auckland at all and the Money Back Guarantee is a total fabrication. Liars and Cheaters on a grand scale....

How are they still in business. The sweaters look amazing in the photos but in reality the quality and shape and look is horrible. They are unwearable and of course there is not proper return policy (lesson learned). Will report this to my credit card to see if it can be refunded.

The site should be removed so unsuspecting people don’t get stuck with sweaters that belong in the trash! One sweater is ripped and the other looks like shiny plastic. No return of emails to customer service so we all are stuck!

Same story here. I bought a couple of cardigans that were such poor quality it would be hilarious if it wasn’t such a waste of time.

The products received look nothing like the images on the website. The images on the website are all of another brand (Jenni Kayne) that is ten times the price. The cardigans received, from China with Chinese text on the packaging, sent via a UK business, are ill fitting (actually no fit at all) synthetic, the buttons look so cheap, terrible seams and edges. The quality is what you’d expect from a £1 item at a market stall. They refuse to provide a return address. As another reviewer mentioned - they claim a US location (not true) and that postage will be too expensive and instead as ‘a gesture of goodwill’ offer refunds of 20% of what was paid.

I have claimed back via my credit card. Huge waste of time.
