This company deserves no stars. I payed for a move out service and all the girl did was wiped the counters and called it a day. I tried to get a refund I called them 4 times got the same person each time. He told me a different name each time and knew who I was based on my number. They asked to send in proof (pictures) and when I did they said my Appartment was not cleanable and they did what they could far as cleaning. I never got a call from anyone saying my appartment was not cleanable so they kept my money. Not only that but her lunch was left on the counter yet and I left my vacuum there and it was used to vacuum the floor and ended up breaking.I did a dispute and got my money back through my bank. They are scammers and use employees and their families to write good reviews. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM they ARE SCAMMERS

Refused to provide a refund for an unintentional purchase. I was clicking on gift cards to see what they could be used for, hoping to get more details, since a lot of the coupon codes and such can only be used for specific services. I assumed when I clicked on it, it would pull up more details, have a purchase confirmation page at the very least, so I could see what it was. Nope, one click bought, no refunds. Be careful I guess.

Terrible experience trying to use this service. The whole point was to streamline booking of housekeeping and handyman services, but it created 10x more work for me, Amenify didn’t honor the time/date of service that they promised, customer service communications were a total mess being passed from person to person and having to explain over & over again what the issues were. Got charged for services that were never performed. Refused to issue refund after booking, regardless of the fact that they were unable to deliver on the booking as requested. And in the end they submitted an “excellent” review on my behalf via their app without my permission. Stay away. Terrible experience all around.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Amenify was an absolute nightmare that I feel obligated to warn others.

I scheduled a deep clean for my kitchen and main bath. Instead of coming home to a clean apartment, I came home to discover:
• My toilet, floors, and oven were “cleaned” with dirty mop water and rags, leaving unsanitary residue everywhere.
• My shower doors, cabinets, and appliances were left streaked and dusty.
• A container of baked sweets I had left on the counter was eaten without permission.
• The cleaner entered unauthorized areas (my bedroom and closet)
• My property was damaged.

What makes this worse is the way Amenify handled it. Despite providing detailed complaints and offering photo/video evidence, their “resolution” was only a voucher for a future service—completely useless since I will never allow their cleaners into my home again. Their own Quality Assurance Program and Protection Plan promise refunds and reimbursement for property damage, but Amenify refused to honor these.

I trusted Amenify’s reputation to allow a stranger into my home—against my better judgment—and I’m paying for it, quite literally.

If you value professionalism, accountability, or even basic hygiene, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for services.

This company is a scam. 1. Their web information looked like they were recommended by my apartment and they are not. 2. they billed my creditcard for service and then no one ever showed up. 3. when I tried to cancel the service on their web site, it takes you into an endless loop. 4. No one from their "concierge" will return my calls.

This is the worst service app ever for stuff like chores, cleaning laundry whatever they offer is just trash and way overpriced. Half the time no one will even show up anyway! Their customer service sucks. They won’t give you a refund. I’ll just keep giving you credit credits telling you that next time next time oh next time. I have tried making over five appointments with this company and no one has ever shown up!!!! Absolutely insane. I would give it zero stars if I could!

The cleaner that subcontracted with them was fine, I have no problems with her.
But their policies, their communication, their response time, and their consistency are TERRIBLE.
I tried to cancel an appointment over two weeks in advance, and it's now been more than a whole week of back and forth trying to get them to /allow/ me to cancel, because their policy is that you can only cancel (or reschedule) within 1 hour of the original booking. Rescheduling is an extra 5% fee and there is no option to cancel. Even now as they're trying to "make it right" they're offering me a discount on a future service, and to refund as credit to be used with them, but I can't get my money back.
The crazy thing is, if they'd just let me cancel, I probably would have used them again at a later date. But now it feels like a money grabbing scam and I don't trust them at all anymore.

This time? They literally didn't clean either tub/shower. Like didn't even wipe it with a dry cloth, let alone clean it.

I've had them no show, come on the wrong day, spend 4 hours cleaning my 2 bedroom apartment, and use my glasses for drinking water and then leave them in the sink/counter.

Customer service is hilarious. They sometimes offer to come back and fix missed work on their own schedule with a 6 hour window to correct THEIR mistakes. They also sometimes just apologize and tell you that you are out of luck. I have used them because my apartment sort of has a deal through them, but it's definitely not worth dealing with this company.

I would give zero stars if I could. My apartment complex recently changed their online payment system to Loft and there was an option for this Amenify service. They offer an initial amount of $50 credits just for signing up. However, when I tried to use them for the first time, they claimed something like my properties credits were all used up but the $50 was reflecting as being in my wallet in my account. So then the next day or the day after, I tried again and that's when I found out that you can only use $15 in credits per order and that the rest of your order will be charged to a debit card that you put on file. So today I proceeded to place an order for coffee. They claim to use GrubHub delivery service. It took over a hour for my small delivery order to get here. I had reached out to customer service during the time between order and "on the way" status to inquire about why it was taking so long as I order from this location all the time from other 3rd party delivery companies and they never take an hour to prepare drinks, they are DRINKS. I also live in an area with a record number of delivery drivers. Amenify customer service rep of course blamed it on the shop, not enough delivery drivers etc. Then my drinks make it here and something was not looking right about all of them. I looked at the labels on the individual cups and discovered that apparently when ordering on Amenify, you have to select ice for a drink that already comes with ice because their system will reflect on the stores end as having the option for no ice selected but that's not all, apparently you have to select wanting the ingredients that already come in a specialty drink. These were not customized beverage orders! One of my orders they made me select what dairy I wanted but I wanted the dairy option that already comes in the drink. I ordered a frozen beverage too and it either came with no ice or was melted. The drink itself comes with a variety of different things in it but again it reflected on the stores end as having all those things taken out! I had reached out to customer service about removing my card on file because there is no way for the user to remove their own payment method. They have never removed it like they said they would. Most reputable companies allow you to remove your own payments methods. From signing up all the way to actually placing an order and then they can't even do that right I would definitely recommend avoiding this scam. You won't get anywhere with customer service and from what I've seen from others they won't even refund in cases where it's absolutely deserved. They just keep the money.

Amenify's booking process is misleading and their service execution is chaotic. When booking, you select a specific time frame, but this is meaningless—after booking, you receive only a vague meeting invite with an absurdly wide window (in our case, 5am to 1pm).

We had guests arriving between 1-2pm and specifically needed cleaning completed before 1pm. Instead of any reasonable confirmation, we were left guessing and had to wake up at dawn to be ready for a cleaner who might arrive anytime in an 8-hour window.

By 11:30am with no communication, we called support—no help with arrival times. We started cleaning ourselves out of desperation. At 12:30pm, a cleaner finally arrived, forcing us to cancel our own meeting and creating chaos as our guests arrived during the cleaning.

The cleaner was pleasant but worked for a third-party company with zero knowledge of our scheduling requirements or commitments made during booking.

Customer support was robotically unhelpful, offering only scripted responses starting with "We appreciate your concern, but..."

Save yourself the stress—Amenify cannot deliver on their basic promise of scheduled service. Their communication failures will disrupt your entire day.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

They try to rope you in with a subscription, that turns out to cost more than a one - time appointment. I have had several occasions where the “pro” never showed up to just didn’t clean my apartment in general. They try to loop you back in with credits towards another try at their services and it’s it worth it. You will never get the same cleaner. I wouldn’t recommend using this service if you want dependability and consistency.

Extremely horrible service from the pros as well as customer service. A cleaner came to my home and did not complete the cleaning fully due to having to pick up her son as she was late to this Cleaning appointment. She asked me to look over the cleaning, I told her that the shower was still dirty, asked her to redo it, as well as the floor was swept, and there were still dust and dirt particles on the floor that she was going to leave.I removed the rugs for her to complete this sweeping & mopping and asked to place the rugs back for her to vacuum. She said she couldn’t because she was already late due to a prior Cleaning and had to pick up her son from school. I reported this issue to customer service as I have in the past as I have had multiple unsatisfactory cleaning with people showing up to the apartment homes with people that are not Screened or told that they will be coming with these people. I have had pros come with three additional members as well as having children in my home with these pros. You reach out to the customer service the live chat hangs up every time the screen is idle. The phone service does not work as it hangs up immediately. They do not do follow ups to emails or do the text backs as they said. And to make matters worse, they let the pro know that you have said the cleaning was unsatisfactory to where they are calling your phone when they have access to the address of your home. There is no privacy and safety concerns with this company. The live staff is completely combative and wants to act like they don’t know what’s going on. Whenever every conversation is emailed to you after it is at. Liam is extremely horrible as a live agent chat and rude and combative. Wants to act like you did not just speak to him when he is the main person that is on the live chat. Michael also never reached back with a text back confirmation. And their cancellation policy is horrible wanting to charge for two additional cleanings after 1 hour of a year subscription. Do not recommend.

The company is a scam. They dont allow you to cancel a subscription through support or in the app. They keep charging you. And support is basically useless. Don't recommend using the Amenify app.
