Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning Arvostelua 

Will cancel and reschedule over and over again then be late with no eta when they should’ve been there already. Extremely unprofessional will NEVER book again

He did a fine job, but I don’t think the service is very worth it. Very surface level cleaning, minimal water use meaning they don’t use any of their currency, good business to own but terrible for customers. Machine they use is scrubs the top but does not clean the padding of the carpet. Asked him to remove stains and he used a spray bottle and rag.

I called Sara at Oxi Fresh in Summerville, SC to come try and get a pet stain out of our living room carpet. Needless to say they got the stain out that I couldn't.
Carpet looks and feels new.

Rafael has done an amazing job! We haven't had such clean carpets in years.
I didn't expect such a dramatic improvement because our carpets are pretty old, also we had a dog for many years plus I'm an artist and have had a few "paint accidents" on the carpet but Rafael managed to take most of the spots out, and some of them were years old! Bravo, and thank you!

Nearly $500 Lost
The technician who came out was personable, but the cleaning itself was nowhere near professional. Several areas were left completely untouched — not lightly cleaned, but untouched — even after I pointed them out. Because I had a guest arriving the next day, I had to hire another company immediately. After paying Oxi Fresh almost $500, I should not have been scrambling for a second cleaning.

I sent photos of the missed areas to the franchise manager, who acknowledged the issue and offered to send someone back out. At that point, that wasn’t helpful — I needed the carpets professionally cleaned the very next day. He then told me the owner of the two Denver‑area franchises would contact me about a partial refund.

That call never came.

I followed up at least five times. The owner ignored every message and never responded — clearly hoping I would just give up and go away. After spending close to $500 and still needing to pay another company to fix the job, the lack of accountability was unacceptable.

A friendly technician doesn’t make up for unfinished work, and a franchise that refuses to take responsibility is even worse. Based on this experience, I absolutely would not recommend the Denver‑area Oxi Fresh locations.

I would strongly discourage anyone from using OxiFresh Carpet Cleaners based on my experience today.

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 p.m. to have 7 rooms, 1 stairway, and 1 hallway cleaned. The technician, who identified himself only as “Zach,” arrived approximately 30 minutes late. He was not wearing a name badge, and the vehicle he drove had no company identification or signage.

Before I even spoke with him, he damaged my Invisible Fence sign while entering my property. When he approached my home, he immediately attempted to open my side entrance door without identifying himself or receiving permission to enter. He then falsely claimed he had arrived at 1:00 p.m., despite the fact that I have doorbell and motion security cameras covering all sides of my property, and I was also working in my front office with a clear view of everyone approaching my house.

The technician smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as though he had just finished smoking. After I showed him the areas I wanted cleaned and clearly explained that I only wanted the services included in the original estimate, he immediately began trying to upsell additional services while ignoring my request.

At that point, I had lost confidence in his professionalism and honesty. I canceled the appointment and asked him to leave my property. Instead of leaving, he refused to do so until I informed him I was prepared to call the police. Only then did he leave.

This was one of the most unprofessional service experiences I have ever had. Between the late arrival, property damage, attempted unauthorized entry, dishonesty about his arrival time, aggressive upselling, and refusal to leave when asked, I cannot recommend OxiFresh Carpet.

booked a carpet cleaning 2 months in advance for when my lease ends, made sure to empty the whole apartment and vacuum to make things easier for them too, on the day of I received no calls, no texts, and no one showed up. I texted the number that previously reached out to me when I booked 2 months ago, which he stated he was the owner of oxi fresh - was left on read. my appointment was scheduled for 9am, at around 330pm I received an email saying the appointment was canceled.

The carpets look great! All of the stains are completely gone. Very thorough and professional.

I couldn’t be happier with my carpet cleaning experience, I booked online and received a confirmation text and email shortly after. My cleaning tech was on time and did such a good job. My carpets were dry before my kids got home from school which was also a bonus.

The technician behaved inappropriately toward me while alone in my apartment. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe during the appointment.
I contacted the company right away to report what happened. They did nothing.
The way this was handled was deeply disappointing and concerning.

Worst carpet cleaning ever. They ruined my entire room using harsh chemicals that made stains worse instead of removing them. The cleaner was rude, full of attitude, and demanded full payment upfront. Now the company is asking for more money to fix their own mess. Total scam. Stay away from this company—I have photos to prove the disaster they left behind.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a carpet cleaning company. They completely ruined my room. Instead of cleaning, they used harsh chemicals that left the carpets looking worse than before. The stains are now bigger, and the entire room is messed up.

To make matters worse, the technician had a terrible attitude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He demanded full payment upfront before even starting the job. After doing such a horrible job, the company now has the audacity to ask for more money to “fix” their own mistakes.

This is nothing short of a scam. They destroyed my carpets, wasted my time, and treated me with zero respect. Please don’t make the same mistake I did—stay far away from this company.

Oxi-Fresh provided professional & personable superior quality service. Easy to make an appt online & tech Daniel was great. This was the first cleaning of recently installed carpet, so it was important to find the best service for our needs.

After cleaning the carpet looked fresh & clean, and smelled clean even without the extra deodorizers. Amazingly, the medium pile carpet was nearly dry when finished, and dried the rest of the way in an hour or so, with softness noticeably restored. The Oxi-Fresh product is Pet friendly and residue free. Our chemical-sensitive cat experienced zero reaction.

To me “Superior Quality” means that the Oxi-Fresh service effectively and efficiently accomplished the desired results, and as in this service, even exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this company; intend to engage Oxi-Fresh for regular service.

Justin from Gilbert was our Oxy Fresh technician. He was an excellent communicator by sending reminders and texts. He explained the process and worked diligently for 2 hours. The carpets look great!

I hired them for my house to get rid of dog pee and did not work. I tried to call back after spending over 700 and blown off after many days.

My techs name was David he did a excellent job the rooms look total different thank you David I will be using OXI FRESH CARPET CLEANING again.

I do not recommend this company. They ruined my new carpet. It had only a small superficial stain, and they cleaned it incorrectly due to a lack of knowledge and training. The procedure lasted less than 20 minutes, they charged me $170.00 (which they debited from my bank account the next day), and they had me sign a paper without even letting me see the result because the carpet was still wet. After two attempts and failing to resolve the issue, they refuse to take responsibility for the damage. I sent several messages to the company and the owner, but despite acknowledging their fault, they refuse to pay for the damage. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
