A&M Energy Solutions Arvostelua

We had issues where the Green Homes Grant appeared to mix up our application with another, A&M helped us sort this error and we managed to get the application approved. Once we had the voucher A&M quickly installed our cavity wall insulation, no fuss, just got on with the job. The 2 men that did the installation were very friendly and helpful, they filled the holes with matching mortar and cleaned up after unlike other contractors we have seen. Well done, an excellent job!!

I worked with A&M Energy Solutions to have Cavity Wall Insulation installed at my house, along with my attached neighbour. At all times my contact at the company was prompt, diligent and respectful of all considerations and questions that came up. The application for grant through the GHGS was problematic and time consuming but we got there in the end.

Very good, tidy job. Thank you.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with Ryan and the technician that carried out our cavity wall insulation. They made the confusion of the Green Homes Grant clear and the work was carried out swiftly and professionally. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Great communication and advice from the Garforth branch about our cavity wall insulation.
The survey that was carried out by Ryan, was really helpful and the young man who carried out the work was very pleasant, and a real grafter.
Highly recommend the company to other people.

Thank you A&M Energy Solutions for the excellent insulation installation carried out at our property. Very professional company, quality work carried out and great team of staff. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Harvey, Gill and the installation team. Neat tidy work, very friendly. Easy to communicate with. Thank you A&M.

The installation on our property was carried out by the Cardiff branch. Their office was a pleasure to deal with, and answered all my questions. The work was done punctually and efficiently.

Really helpful advice from Dan on my property, where he recommended against filling cavities due to damp in my old outer stone walls. Thoroughly professional and trustworthy - thank you.

Cavity Wall insulation - excellent communication throughout. Rang to advise of cancellation and could fit us in early. Excellent workmanship / cleaned up afterwards - all completed with 4-5 hrs!

We had loft insulation upgraded as part of the Green Homes Grant scheme. Despite the cumbersome nature of the scheme application a date for installation was finally set. On the day the installers were careful to put covers over the carpets and were friendly and helpful. The whole process from first assessment to final payment was handled professionally.

Fantastic service, staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend

After waiting a few months over the green grant scheme, sending photos of the outside of the house, to be told great not a problem we will get you a quote over asp, waited and waited, had a look on their website showing a video how they do the work, looked great external wall insulation. To get told we don’t do that, but yet on sending email and their own web site showing them doing the work. Upset me very much to be getting messed around waiting getting stressed, then having to try and find another company.

Very happy with my loft insulation. Communication with the company was very good, and the installers turned up promptly, were friendly and were careful to not make any mess.

After a less than satisfactory experience with another company of insulation installers, we found A&M Energy Solutions through one of the national associations. Our experience with them has been first-class throughout. It was A&M who encouraged us to go for the Green Homes Grant when we actually thought it was too late, and then carefully prompted us through the ludicrously convoluted voucher scheme it involved. The insulation work they did for us was also top class: workers arrived even a few minutes early, carefully put down cloths to avoid tracking dirt, completed the installation carefully and thoroughly, and were courteous and professional throughout. All in all, a first-class experience.

Very pleased with the job and all the initial advise given.

Excellent service. Had loft and cavity wall insulation through the green home energy grant. Surveyor was very professional and couldn't have had better customer service off Gill. Kept us fully informed of when installation would be done and how to claim the energy grant.

Excellent service from start to finish. I initially found A&M Energy Solutions on the NIA website as an approved company to fit my cavity wall and loft insulations. From an initial email enquiry, I was immediately put to ease by Ian who telephoned me and talked me thoroughly through my options including prices, but under no obligation. He then promptly arranged to survey my property. The guys who installed my insulation on the day were great. Really helpful, professional and tidy. In addition, all email and telephone contact with the company was prompt, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend A&M to any person interested in installing some home insulation and would definitely use them again in the future if required. Thanks again for everything!

A&M supplied and installed loft insulation as part of the government grant scheme. Work was carried out to very high level, kept the house clean with covers and went the extra mile to insulate the loft door, was quick and easy process. Would recommend them to others.

A&M installed Cavity wall insulation and Loft Insulation in March 2021. There work was excellent and well organised, clean and tidy. Could not have got a better service.
