Alpha Contracts Leasing Limited Arvostelua

Excellent service. Staff quick to respond and always happy to help

Excellent service from Alex when looking for a new electric car to lease! Excellent communication from the start and always willing to help when wanting different quotes for different specs. My e-208 arrived today and couldn’t be happier!

A five star service from Alex at Alpha contracts ! Even answering an email on a Sunday ! Kept up to date with each phase of the deal and today we took delivery of our new car ! Alex emailed me at 8am to let me know what would be happening. First class service and would highly recommend .

I can thoroughly recommend Alpha Contracts if you are looking to lease a vehicle. We dealt with Alex, and she was excellent from start to finish.

She was always very professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Any questions we had were always answered immediately. Customer service at its very best.

Alex ensured that the whole process was very simple and straightforward. No hard sell, no pushiness, just very attentive and responsive to our needs.

Little more to say really, other than we were very pleased with the company, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Quick, smooth service. Alex was great throughout the process :).

Fantastic service from the team (Alex). Online process was very easy, I was updated on the progress of my application all the way up to the car delivery.
Very happy with my new car and I will not hesitate to use the company again. Thanks again.

Previously only ever done PCP for a car, but decided to go down the leasing route this time around, as never purchase the car at the end of the period anyway.

Alex @ Alpha has been first class throughout the process. Start to finish she was so quick to reply to emails, keep me updated etc.

Would highly recommend, also because the car I chose was a better deal through them, rather than other leasing companies.

Thanks again, Alex!

This was a easy and seamless leasing, contact and service from Alex was absolutely brilliant. I needed a car at short notice and they provided would definitely use again.

Like everyone else's reviews here, my experience from start to finish of the leasing process was excellent. Amber was extremely responsive to all my emails and enquiries and the car was delivered as promised after 14 days (due to the cooling off period on the leasing contract). Their pricing was competitive and metallic paint was included at no extra cost unlike some other leasing companies. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

My first lease and the service was exceptional. Alex made the process so easy and seamless and I can see that should I have any problems at all he would respond quickly and genuinely want to help. Alan that dropped my car off was really friendly and helpful too!If you are thinking of leasing I highly recommend!Thank you!

Fast responsive and easy to deal with from start to finish and always kept me updated throughout the whole process.
Would recommend to all

Very easy process from the start.Alex gave me all information that was required and everything has been straight forward.
Would recommend The company to anyone and i hope ownership of the vehicle runs as smoothly.

Just had my car delivered and I’m very pleased.Alex made the whole process so easy with most importantly no pressure selling.Great company

Alex was really helpful and fast to respond to every question. The process from getting a quote to having the car delivered was really fast! Thank you, definitely recommend

Absolutely incredible customer service from Alex and the team at Alpha. Once I had decided on the car Alex provided multiple quotes for me so I could choose the best option regarding mileage, maintenance & monthly cost. I was kept up-to-date with the lead time & other general enquiries. When my first choice colour wasn't available I was put on a reserve list for it - fortunately it did become available and I was over the moon!

From start to finish the process has been seamless. Don't go anywhere else as I'm sure the Alpha team will be able to help you get an incredible car at your budget.

Keep up the good work 💪

From first enquiry to delivery of the car, Alpha could not be faulted !
Amber was professional and knowledgeable. Very easy to deal with. Delivery was rapid - 14 days from application to car being on my drive !
And the inclusion of a dash cam and safety pack (high vis vest/de-over/scraper/and other items) on delivery of the car was a lovely touch !
Would definitely recommend Alpha Contracts/LeasePlan to anybody thinking of leasing a car 👍

From start to finish Alex was very professional and patient as well , she sourced me a great car at a great price ,can't praise her enough. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone I wish I had known about them 4 cars ago.

Very impressed with service from this Company. Competitive prices and great customer service. Alex dealt with all my enquiries from start to finish and was excellent. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a leased vehicle.

Thank you Alex and the team at Alpha Contracts, in an uncertain market Alex has managed to source me an excellent Hybrid Vehicle to my budget and to a very high specification.

Alex worked hard to find a vehicle that was a suitable replacement for my old car and I am really happy with the outcome.

Order and lead times remained consistent throughout the process which is amazing in the pandemic!

Wanted to lease a Peugeot SUV and chose Alpha because they claimed to have cars in stock in a choice of colours. Signed all of the papers and agreed the deal, but no car was forthcoming. After much chasing, it transpires that the car was not in stock and that I would have to wait a further 5 weeks to get the car. I cancelled my order. It was doubly inconvenient as I had sold a car to make way for this lease car. Having just read the reply to this review, should I be amazed that the reason my (in-stock) car wasn't available was down to Peugeot UK, COVID and a shortage of semiconductors?
The shortage of semiconductors, or microchips, only affects car production at the factory. It has zero impact on a car which is claimed to be in stock.
COVID has become the go-to excuse for just about any failure, and Peugeot UK are blamed for added impact. The simple fact is that the car in question was described as 'in stock' and I was given a choice of colours. That was a blatant lie.
